WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs – Start Time and Match Card

WWE Survivor Series was less than two weeks ago but the SmackDown brand will be competing at another event tomorrow. We’re talking about WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, which has a total of four title matches. Here is everything about WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs, including the start time and match card:

Tag Team Championship Match

Heath Slater and Rhyno will be facing The Wyatt Family, who are looking to become WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions with Randy Orton now part of the team. Last month, it seemed like American Alpha would compete against Heath Slater and Rhyno for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships after winning a match against a number of teams. After the match, The Wyatt Family challenged American Alpha and won the match on the following episode, making them the new number one contenders.

It’s not the first time that The Wyatt Family competes for a title but Bray Wyatt has never won any title in the WWE. Will he win his first this Sunday?

WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship Match

Becky Lynch was going to face Alexa Bliss at WWE No Mercy but the match was cancelled after Becky Lynch suffered an injury a few days before the event. They later faced each other for the title during an episode of WWE SmackDown and Becky won the match. Alexa Bliss was not happy about how the match ended since she had her foot on the rope when the referee gave Becky Lynch the win.

On the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown, Alexa asked for a rematch and Becky Lynch accepted. The match was added for TLC as a tables match, which Alexa Bliss had requested.

WWE World Championship Match

AJ Styles won the WWE World Championship against Dean Ambrose a few months ago but the two superstars will face each other again in a tables, ladders and chairs match for the title. Last month, Dean Ambrose won a match against AJ Styles for a title match at TLC. The feud continued with AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose not helping each other in WWE Survivor Series, where they competed as a team against WWE Raw. Dean Ambrose has also interrupted all of the match between AJ Styles and James Ellsworth, who now has a 3-0 record against the champion.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match

Last month, The Miz had a surprising victory against Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Championship during an episode of WWE SmackDown. The Miz then won his match at WWE Survivor Series. But during an episode of WWE SmackDown, Ziggler attacked The Miz and General Manager Daniel Bryan decided to add the match for TLC. It will be a ladder match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

No DQ Match

The rivalry between Nikki Bella and Carmella began after WWE SummerSlam. Nikki Bella returned from injury in that event and won against Carmella, who attacked her on the following episode of WWE SmackDown. Nikki Bella was also attacked at WWE Survivor Series and was told not to compete in the match. Nikki did not see who attacked her but she accused Carmella, who was also part of the team. Nikki later said she would face Carmella at TLC in a no disqualification match.

Chairs Match

During an episode of WWE SmackDown a few months ago, Kalisto was injured by Baron Corbin. Kalisto returned a month later and injured Corbin, who was replaced from the WWE SmackDown Survivor Series team. Kalisto was then given the opportunity to face Brian Kendrick for the WWE Cruiserweight Championshp at WWE Survivor Series. The match was not only for the title but also for the division as it would move to WWE SmackDown if Kalisto won. Corbin attacked Brian Kendrick and Kalisto during the match and the title and Cruiserweight division stayed on WWE Raw. Kalisto then competed in a match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship but Corbin also interfered. After Kalisto attacked Corbin during his match, a chairs match was announced for TLC.

WWE TLC (2016) will take place on Sunday, December 4. The event begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT., with the Kickoff Show starting one hour earlier.
