The UEFA Champions League returned on February 14 and one of those games ended with a shocking result. Two more games were played the following day and while a few more will take place next week, one of the favorites appears to be in trouble after the result on Tuesday. The UEFA Champions League round of 16 has just started and four other games will take place next Tuesday and Wednesday. Here are the UEFA Champions League round of 16 scores so far and the schedule.

PSG vs. Barcelona

On Tuesday, the Champions League returned and we got one of the most shocking results of the tournament. PSG and Barcelona had a good group stage but not a lot of fans were expecting this result between them. PSG won 4-0, a score that almost secures them a spot for the next round. Barcelona will play the second game against PSG on Wednesday, March 8. The game will be at Camp Nou and Barcelona will need at least four goals to tie the game. One goal from PSG in that game and Barca would need six to advance.

Dani Alves, a former Barcelona player, has said that if anyone can come back, it’s the Barcelona machines. A loss for Barcelona this round would be the first time since 2007 that the team does not reach the Champions League quarterfinals.

Benfica vs. Borussia Dortmund

Benfica had a great start in the round of 16 by winning 1-0 against Borussia Dortmund. The game winner was scored by Mitroglou while Aubameyang missed a penalty that could have given his team the lead for the second game. The second game will be on Wednesday, March 8 and it will be interesting to see what happens as this game is still very close. Borussia Dortmund needs at least one goal to tie and two goals to win. A goal from Benfica would mean that Borussia Dortmund would have to score three to advance.

Real Madrid vs. Napoli

On Wednesday, February 15, Real Madrid and Napoli faced each other in an entertaining match. Napoli had a strong start but it was Read Madrid who left with the 3-1 victory. The current champions are looking to become to the first team ever to retain the Champions League. Real Madrid and Napoli will play their second game on Tuesday, March 7.

Bayern Munich vs. Arsenal

The first day of the Champions League round of 16 had a shocking result but that continued the following day in the match between Bayern Munich and Arsenal. Thiago Alcantara scored twice in the 5-1 win for Bayern Munich, who are now one step closer to the next round. If Arsenal does not come back against Bayern Munich, it will be the seventh season that they go without advancing to the quarterfinals. Arsenal and Bayern Munich will play their second game on Tuesday, March 7.

Atletico Madrid vs. Bayer

In 2015, Atletico Madrid and Bayer had a very close match that was decided by penalties. Atletico Madrid advanced with a 3-2 score at the time and after almost two years, they will be facing each other again. They will play their first game of the round of 16 on Tuesday, February 21. They play their second game on Wednesday, March 15.

Manchester City vs. Monaco

Monaco is one of the highest scoring teams of the season, with 76 goals in Ligue 1. That is only in 26 games played, so the team could end up reaching 100 goals for the season. Manchester City had a great Champions League campaign last season and will begin the Champions League round of 16 on Tuesday, February 21. The second game between them will be on Wednesday, March 15.

Porto vs. Juventus

Juventus have not lost at home since August 2015 but they have one of the toughest matches against Porto, a team that has lost only once in the league this season. Porto has allowed just eleven goals in 22 matches, making them a strong defense. Juventus and Porto will face each other on Wednesday, February 22. They will meet again on Tuesday, March 14.

Leicester City vs. Sevilla

Leicester City will look to continue its good Champions League campaign against Sevilla on Wednesday, February 22. It will be an interesting match as Sevilla is currently having a great season with 49 points in La Liga. The two will face each other again on Tuesday, March 14.
