The NBA Trade Deadline recently ended and the second half of the season has now started, so 2K Sports has released a roster update to include the most recent trades.
The NBA was active during the Trade Deadline. Rumors had Howard going to the Miami Heat but that never happened. What did happen was the trade that sent Tobias Harris, Marcus Thornton and Donatas Motiejunas to the Detroit Pistons. In return, the Orlando Magic received Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova.
There was another big trade that sent Markieff Morris to the Washington Wizards for DeJuan Blair and Kris Humphries.
The roster update also improved or lowered the ratings for some of the players. The ratings went up or down depending on the performance the players had during the first half of the season. One of the players that went up in ratings was Darren Collison, who went up two points to an 81 overall. Kawhi Leonard of the San Antonio Spurs also saw his rating go up to a 91 overall.
There were some players who saw their rating drop one or two points. One of them was Atlanta Hawks Jeff Teague, who went down one point to a 78 overall. Jeff Green, who was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers, also went down one point and is now a 78 overall.

- Kirk Hinrich is now on the Atlanta Hawks.
- Shelvin Mack traded to the Utah Jazz.
- Tobias Harris, Marcus Thornton and Donatas Motiejunas traded to the Detroit Pistons.
- Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova traded to the Orlando Magic.
- Courtney Lee traded to the Charlotte Hornets.
- Jeff Green traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.
- DeJuan Blair and Kris Humphries traded to the Phoenix Suns for Markieff Morris.
- Channing Frye to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Jared Cunningham and a future second-round pick.
A few days ago, 2K Sports released an update that included this year’s All-Star game jerseys, team rosters and court.
