Hello-Hello’s Language learning apps should be included here, unlike other language apps, Hello-Hello’s program doesn’t bound user’s learning ability with boring step-by-step instructions instead it encourages users to develop conversation skills in a foreign language. Their courses are developed in collaboration with ACTFL (The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages)

This review should include Mango Languages, which is freely available to library cardholders. They have online and mobile apps. They are skills-focused and teach language structure, while Rosetta Stone and Duolingo are more vocabulary focused.

Having used Duolingo, Rosetta and Babbel, I found Rocket Spanish to be the better than all of them. Much more content and teaches the mechanics of Spanish, which the others don’t do as well.
