Can you shop online for is it in-store only?
You can shop online at JoAnn Fabrics website, in addition to in store. The awesome coupons that they offer are also valid online.
What is the JoAnn Fabrics Return Policy?
JoAnn Fabrics return policy promises a hassle free return process with a smile. Customers have two choices when returning items, being able to complete the return either by mail or in store. JoAnn Fabrics requires that customers have an order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip in order to return money on the original method of payment. If the purchase was made with Paypal or a Gift Card, JoAnn Fabrics will provide you with a new JoAnn Gift Card. If you do not have a receipt, you can still receive store credit, but it will be equal to the lowest selling price.
If you decide to make the return via mail, just complete the form that you received with your online purchase. If the purchase came with a return label, the cost of shipping of $7.95 will be subtracted from the amount of your refund. The item can also be shipped out independently to the address specified. If you are returning Fabric, it must be in its original condition. Items marked as clearance, or out of season seasonal merchandise cannot be returned.
