This article is a desperate attempt for damage-control. Hadid blatantly disregarded orders to comply and stop work orders — and built an unsound structure with unproven techniques and materials that are failing–endangering anyone around the property and whoever sets foot onto the property. Net worth? Why did he claim in Court he needs a loan to bring his illegally-built structure into compliance? This guy should never be allowed to build again.
