The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is just a few days from its debut but the smartphone won’t be the only one at the event. A few days ago, it was revealed that the Mi Mix 2 would be unveiled at an event on September 11, a day before Apple’s big event for the iPhone X, iPhone 8 and maybe a few other tech products.
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has revealed that the Mi Mix 2 won’t be the only device making its debut at the event. The CEO posted an image on social media site Weibo, confirming that the Mi Note 3 would be unveiled alongside the Mi Mix 2. Last week, it was revealed that the event would take place in Beijing on September 11. The confirmation of the date came shortly after reports mentioned that the event would take place on the same day as Apple’s, September 12.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be making its debut less than a year after the release of the Mi Mix. The new version has been mentioned in many rumors throughout the year but it’s been a little different for the Mi Note 3. Like the Mi Mix 2, many improvements are expected, including dual cameras and maybe more screen on the front.
The event is less than three days away but now we know that the Mi Mix 2 won’t be alone. Next week will be pretty interesting for tech fans as Apple’s new devices will be unveiled a day later.
Here are the rumored specs for the Xiaomi Mi Note 3:
– 5.7-inch display.
– Snapdragon 835 processor.
– 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
– The price is rumored to be a little over $700. Nothing has been confirmed but the Xiaomi event is on Monday.
