AC Moore is closed on Thanksgiving, and opens up on Friday, November 24 at 5 AM at most stores, and closes at 9 PM. They open up for more sales on Saturday, November 25 at 8 AM. Check out the ad scan for time specific coupons

Can you shop online or is it in-store only?

It seems like most of the sales, especially the door busters, are in the AC Moore stores only.

What is AC Moore’s return policy?

AC Moore allows you to return merchandise both with or without the original receipt. If you do have a receipt, you can return or exchange merchandise purchased within the last 60 days. It must be in like new condition, and will be refunded with the original method of payment. You may be required to show valid photo ID. Returns will be easier if you are an AC Moore rewards member. If you paid via debit card or check, you will receive cash instead. If you do not have a receipt, you can return merchandise in its original condition with a valid photo ID. The merchandise will be subject to the lowest selling price over the last 60 days were 20% off their current value. The return will be in the form of an AC Moore refund card. You cannot return gift cards, clearance merchandise, seasonal merchandise, or customer services.
