					<description><![CDATA[Yikes! I am not sure who wrote the 2017 update, but they need to check their research! This company has an F from the BBB in Utah and scams their customers! I ordered flowers for my 10.12.17 wedding on 9.14.17, which is before their 15 day promise for delivery (with NO option for two day shipping, as described in the article!). I added a note to my order, explaining the urgency and asking for notice if they were unable to fulfill my order. On 10.5.17, the 15th day, I called and they had not even started my order! They cancelled my order and on 11.17.17 I had to contact them AGAIN to ask where my refund was!! I received a stock, sorry not sorry, email from customer service saying &quot;they&#039;ll get to it when they get to it&quot;. WHAT!!! I did end up getting a refund (but there are thousands who have not been so lucky - Facebook search the group &quot;ecoflower screwed me over&quot;), but not with the threat of filing a complaint with the State of Utah Consumer Complaint department. Megan is no longer affiliated with EcoFlower and runs a separate business. Please Please, save yourself the trouble and do your research before placing an order!]]></description>
