What is the Victoria’s Secret Return Policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any Victoria’s Secret location (this policy is valid in the United States, please see here for the International policy). Items carry a 90 days return window from the date of original purchase for an exchange or full refund but after 90 days, the item is valid only for an exchange or credit to a store gift card. You are limited to returning 7 items within a 90 day time-frame.
Returns without receipt require a valid government-issue photo ID and will be processed as credit to a store gift card for the lowest sale price of the item. You are limited to returning $250 in items without receipt within a 90 day time-frame. Please note that garments with the sewn-in tag removed cannot be returned.
