A social media personality, Brandon Rowland originally rose to fame on the platforms, YouNow and Vine. Since then, the teen has also gained millions of followers on Instagram, Youtube, and Musical.ly. If anything, his popularity has only continued to soar over the past year.
A member of the Magcon Boys, he recently also appeared in the Netflix series, Chasing Cameron in 2016. Prior to that, he had also made a cameo in the short film, Devilry.
How Brandon Rowland Became Famous
Following in his older brother’s footsteps, he jumped on the social media bandwagon in the early 2010’s (his first platform being that of the Vine). As he worked to fill this page with new content on a regular basis, his following quickly grew.
From there, he eventually branched out to the live-streaming platform, YouNow, Collaborating with his brother Hunter Rowland, it wasn’t long until he had established a substantial fan base on the site. At one point, the two siblings even made a dance video together, one that gained over 12 million views.
Next on his agenda was to create himself a channel on Youtube. Since the launch of his account in 2014, he has amassed over 123,000 subscribers with more than 500,000 views. With that said, the teen has only uploaded one video- a Q&A so far.
Aside from that, he also has a vlogging channel called Brandon Rowland Vlogs. Similar to his other Youtube account, however, he has barely posted any videos since its launch. As of 2018, there are only two uploads on his page- Almost Kidnapped and Brandon Rowland Vlogs. Despite that, he still has a good 46,000 subscribers on the channel.
Brandon Rowland’s Television Projects
In 2015, he acted for the first time in the short film, Devilry. Since then, he has also appeared in the Netflix original series, Chasing Cameron, which focuses on fellow social media star, Cameron Dallas.
