The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was unveiled earlier today and the company did not disappoint with its announcement. The flagship smartphone is packed with the latest specs and it now comes with a bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 brings many other improvements and features and here we’ll talk about all of them.
- The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has a 6.4-inch display. This means that the display is just a bit bigger than the one on the Galaxy Note 8.
- The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor, just like the Galaxy S9.
- Dual camera setup of 12MP. This is actually the same setup from the Galaxy S9+.
- 4,000 mAh battery.
One of the biggest improvements on this year’s device can be found on its S Pen. The Bluetooth addition allows for it to control some of the features from the smartphone. For example, users can use the S Pen as a remote shutter for the camera. This can be quite helpful if you’re looking to take a picture far from the phone or you’re looking to take a picture with a large group of people.
The S Pen can also be used with various things such as the music section where you can play or pause a song with a click. There are plenty of other options that can be accessed through settings.
Another big feature from this year’s release is for the DeX software. The feature can now be accessed by plugging a display into the smartphone with an HDMI adapter. This gives users a chance to use their smartphones similar to a PC. This is a major change from last year’s release and one that could attract those who are into using their phones with a display.
Rumors had recently said that the Galaxy Note 9 would be a minor upgrade from last year’s Note 8 but Samsung has made a few interesting additions to make this smartphone an interesting option. The new features on the S Pen, cameras, larger screen and latest processor make this phone a solid option for those who are looking for the best in the market at the moment.
