NFL Week 7: Results & More

Week 7 kicked off on Thursday and continued on Sunday with a ton of good games. Here are the results of Week 7 so far:

Panthers 21 – 17 Eagles

The Eagles led 17 – 0 in the fourth quarter but would later allow 21 points straight. Philadelphia is now 3 – 4 in the season, two games behind Washington. The Panthers are second in the NFC South with a  4 – 2 record.

Broncos 45 – 10 Cardinals

The Broncos bounced back from last week’s loss with a big victory against the Cardinals. Denver is now 3 – 4 in the season while Arizona is 1 – 6.

Vikings 37 – 17 Jets

The Vikings took first place in the NFC North after a comfortable victory over the Jets. Minnesota is now 4 – 2 – 1 in the season, one game ahead of Green Bay.

Chargers 20 – 19 Titans

The Chargers are now on a four game win streak after a close victory against the Titans. San Diego is now 5 – 2 in the season, one game behind the Kansas City Chiefs. The Titans have lost three straight and are now second in the AFC South.

Patriots 38 – 31 Bears

The Patriots are now 5 – 2 in the season after scoring 38 points against the Bears. The win puts New England one game ahead of Miami for the AFC East. Chicago dropped to 3 – 3 in the season but the NFC North remains very close since the Vikings are only one game ahead.

Colts 37 – 5 Bills

The Bills continued their bad season after a 37 – 5 loss against the Colts. Buffalo only managed to score on a safety and a field goal. The Colts are 2 – 5 after the win but they are not far back from the division leading Texans, who have a 4 – 3 record. The Bills have dropped the last two games and have scored just 81 points in seven games this season.

Texans 20 – 7 Jaguars

The Jaguars dropped their third straight game in a loss against the Texans. Houston is now on a four game win streak after a disappointing start to the season. The win gives the Texans first place in the AFC South. The Titans and Jaguars are one game behind the Texans.

Buccaneers 26 – 23 Browns

The Buccaneers have bounced back from two straight losses by defeating the Browns in a close game. The win puts Tampa Bay at 3 – 3 while the Browns are 2 – 4 – 1 in the AFC North.

Lions 32 – 21 Dolphins

The Lions are keeping things close in the NFC North after a victory over the Miami Dolphins. Detroit is now on a two game win streak while Miami has a 4 – 3 record, which puts them in second in the AFC East.

Saints 24 – 23 Ravens

Drew Brees had won against every team in the NFL except the Baltimore Ravens. On Sunday, the Saints quarterback became one of the few to have defeated every team in the league. The win puts the Saints at 5 – 1 while the Ravens are 4 – 3.

Redskins 20 – 17 Cowboys

The Redskins remain at the top of the NFC East after a close win against the Cowboys. Dallas dropped to 3 – 4 in the season while Washington is now 4 – 2.

Rams 39 – 10 49ers

The Rams are still undefeated in the season after a big victory over the 49ers. The win puts Los Angeles four games ahead of the Seahawks, who are second in the NFC West with a 3 – 3 record.

Chiefs 45 – 10 Bengals

The Chiefs continued their solid start to the season with a 45 – 10 victory over the Bengals. The Bengals dropped to 4 – 3 in the season, leaving them tied for second with the Ravens in the AFC North.

Week 7 will continue with the game between the Falcons and Giants later today. Atlanta is 2 – 4 while the Giants are 1 – 5.
