The NBA regular season returned on Tuesday with two big matchups. Lakers – Warriors and Nets – Bucks opened the season but only two left with a win. Here’s what happened:
Lakers – Warriors
The Lakers enter this season as one of the favorites to win the NBA Championship. The LA team had a disappointing playoffs last season but it quickly became a favorite once again after adding big pieces such as Westbrook and Anthony.
On the other side, the Warriors are back with most of their roster. They’ve struggled in the last few seasons due to injuries. But they were off to a hot start today, especially Steph Curry.
Golden State pulled away in the fourth quarter with 38 points total. Curry finished with 21 points, 10 assists, and 10 rebounds. For the Lakers, LeBron and Davis had 34 and 33 points. They were the only two Lakers in double digits.

Nets – Bucks
The Bucks opened the season with a new championship banner and the energy from last season appears to have carried over as the team had a big first and fourth quarter to beat the Nets by 23. Durant had 32 points while Harden and Mills provided 20 and 21. For the Bucks, Giannis had 32 points while Middleton added 20.
