Orthopedic surgeons are the wealthiest, you could find plenty of orthopedic surgeons richer than the last five plastic surgeons, but anyway #4 and #5 are orthopedic surgeons. #1 to 3 are entrepreneurs

Did the person who wrote this article actually know anything about medicine?! First of all these days the overall majority of young physician are not and never will be rich. Pediatrician make on average $100K a year, hedged against $200K in student loans. Private practice medicine as a entity is all but extinct as it has become too costly to maintain obamacare standards, so most are selling to large institutions. Phil McGraw is NOT A DOCTOR! Never been to medical school or had any medical training. He is a psychologist and a TV PERSONALITY. And Dr 90210 is not a fellowship trained plastic surgeon, he is a general surgeon who does plastic surgery despite the lack of training. Again, most of his money is generated from being a TV PERSONALITY. So, Mr. Stanton, while I understand that there are no standards left in journalism, you might want to actually take some time to learn about your subject matter, before writing a ignorant article about doctors.

This list is simply wrong. There are numerous doctors wealthy than the bottom 5 on this list.

Dr. Phil is a PhD not a medical doctor.
And BTW, ALL doctors are not rich, unless you mean their lives are fulfilling.
