You Kick Ass Before Shark Tank

Keri Andrews and Alesia Glidewell are a very talented, very successful female duo who have a vision and an intense passion to drive them towards their goals. Andrews, a former Microsoft program manager, teamed up with fellow Glidewell, a voice actor and on screen actress, to work towards the creation of You Kick Ass.

The basis of their company is this; anyone can be a superhero. With the aid of today’s advancing technology, the two women made it possible for people to generate their very own superhero action figure. The way it works is simple enough and extremely convenient for those who are looking for a clever gift idea or promotional items. Potential customers need only go online in order to generate their super selves. You Kick Ass has a collection of premade body templates that vary in costume type and color, in addition to having a few different hero stances that the figure may be put into. Once all of those details have been decided on by the purchaser, all that is left to do is to send them a picture that they will use to create the head to go on the selected body. Using a 3D color printer, the company is able to manufacture a superhero that looks just like you!

During the launch of their new company, the two women encountered quite a bit of success. With a campaign in place to raise $15k for You Kick Ass, the women actually managed to gather $45k in donations to the company. For a while they did quite well, but later began to encounter some issues. Each figure costs around $60 dollars, which is rather pricy. In addition to the expensive cost, order delivery time can range anywhere between 4-6 weeks after the customer’s photo has been received. By appearing on ABC’s Shark Tank, both Andrews and Glidewell are hoping to strike a deal with one of the Sharks so that they might help lower production costs as well as to establish licensing deals in order to make You Kick Ass a distinctive product.

You Kick Ass During Shark Tank

After introducing themselves (by legal names and superhero aliases), the girls start off by asking the Sharks for $100k for 10% of their company. With the numbers now out of the way, they turn to their display table that showcases quite a few examples of the various stances and costume options that You Kick Ass offers. They then proceed to demonstrate how the designing process works, using Kevin O’Leary’s face as the example, which is really just a few simple steps of choosing the hair, body type, and costume to go along with your face. Curious about just how accurate the facial 3D printing is in relation to uploaded picture, Robert Herjavec asks “How real does it look”? Both entrepreneurs are pleased with this question because hiding underneath their display table is a whole different set of superheroes. Prior to appearing on the show, Andrews and Glidewell transformed the entire panel into their miniature superhero selves. Each of the Sharks appear to be impressed with their action figures, especially Herjavec in particular who is thrilled super speed, which is the superpower that the girls have bestowed upon him.

Once the rest of the Sharks have their superpower and superhero alias, the real questions finally begin. Herjavec begins by asking where the concept for this company was developed. Glidewell explains how she became familiar with the 3D modeling process after working as the character for a video game, and that fascination helped push her towards this creative idea. Additionally, Andrews shares a similar love for technology and thought the idea was brilliant. However, when Herjavec asks them what their sales currently look like, Glidewell admits that they haven’t even hit the market yet and only just finished their funding campaign about a month prior. Lori Greiner then proceeds to ask them if they at least have an estimate on the production cost and the sale price. Each figure costs about $15 dollars to manufacture, but would be sold for $60 dollars. 100 dolls can be printed a day per 3D printer they have, but each printer costs around $45k due to it being relatively new technology. However, the girls managed to buy two used printers for $20k each.

Concerned about competition, Herjavec questions whether or not there are any other companies out there who sell similar products. Despite the fact that there are a few other small companies with a similar product idea, Andrews did extensive market research and felt confident in their brand. According to their studies, the people most likely to purchase their actions figures range from the ages 30-45 years old. This discovery surprised them because they were expecting to be appealing to a younger audience, but found that adults wanted to buy these personalized figures for other adults. Herjavec does believe that they have a creative concept, but wants to know how they plan to grow and stand out in comparison to their fellow competition. According to Andrews, they developed their own software for the 3D color printers which they are currently waiting for a patent on. Since the start of You Kick Ass, both women invested around $120k of their own money into it.

Barbara Corcoran suddenly interrupts the discussion going on to announce that she fails to see the resemblance between herself and her action figure. In fact, none of them appear to be similar to the faces they were modeled after in her opinion. In addition to this issue, the design of the figure looks awkward because of the seam between the neck and head. Andrews attempts to explain that there are some issues with precision because there is only one company that makes 3D color printers, but Corcoran tells them that precision is key when it comes to making sales and so refuses to invest until the flaws have been fixed. Herjavec on the other hand, has a completely different opinion.

He likes the idea and sees the potential for the company to grow, and so offers to give them $100k for 25% of the business. Before making a decision to accept his offer, they ask if any of the other Sharks have deals they want to make. O’Leary puts up an offer of $100k, but he will take $10 dollars from every unit sold until he has been compensated for his investment, then his royalty will drop to $2.50 dollars per unit sold. Following that offer, Mark Cuban tells them that he will invest the $100k for 10% so long as they give him an answer right away. After a brief second of discussion, the women decide to go ahead and accept Cuban’s offer.

You Kick Ass Now in 2026 – After Shark Tank

You Kick Ass took an interesting turn after their Shark Tank appearance. For one thing, they experienced a considerable surge in both popularity and sales; the exposure granted by the show had resulted in a massive increase in orders for their custom-made superhero action figures.

However, this sudden success posed a new challenge for the small business – they struggled to meet the high demand. The production process, from 3D printing to painting and packaging, was time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Despite these challenges, You Kick Ass managed to scale up its operations and even expanded their product line. They introduced new items such as custom superhero posters and trading cards. But as the initial buzz from Shark Tank started to fade, sales began to slow down. The company had to continually innovate and market their products to stay relevant in the competitive market.

Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, You Kick Ass couldn’t maintain its momentum. By 2017, according to their Facebook page updates, they had ceased operations and closed down their website. While the exact reasons for the closure remain unknown, it is speculated that the company was unable to sustain profitability or secure additional funding for expansion.

The story of You Kick Ass after Shark Tank is a testament to the unpredictable nature of entrepreneurial ventures. It also highlights the importance of scalability and long-term sustainability in business. Despite their eventual closure, You Kick Ass serves as an inspiration for future entrepreneurs with its innovative concept and initial success post-Shark Tank appearance.

The post You Kick Ass Shark Tank Update – 2026 Updates appeared first on Gazette Review.

Virtual Beggar is a cool game where you play as a beggar who begs for money and, eventually, become rich. This game involves tapping for coins (tap to win) and managing your business empire.

5 Virtual Beggar Tips and Tricks In 2026

There are several things that you can do that’ll make the game easier. We’ll be going over some of them below.

1. Tap With As Many Fingers As Possible

Tapping is the most important aspect of the game—it’s how you earn money and you’ll need it to buy different things such as offices and power ups. The more you tap, the more money you’ll get. That way, you’ll progress through the game faster. Given that, you want to do everything you can to tap as quickly as possible, even if it means using all of your fingers.

Personally, we recommend tapping with two or three fingers as it won’t be much different than tapping with one finger. Of course, you can use more, if you want to. If anything, it might just take some getting used to as it may feel a bit clunky.

2. Get All the Coin Upgrades First

There are various types of upgrades that you can get in the game, each of which has its own perks. For example, there are upgrades for the Pets & Places tab that’ll allow you to get different pets and rides, the latter of which will send you to different areas of the map.

Before you get all that, however, you want to focus on the coin upgrades. After all, that’s what the game is about—getting money. By upgrading the coin category, you’ll be able to earn more money with each tap. Not only that but you can also boost the Passive Coin Upgrades. If anything, it’s super helpful as it’ll allow you to earn cash even when you’re not tapping the screen.

As a general rule, you want to go for the most profitable upgrades first. Ultimately, you want to get them while they’re still affordable (the pricing for all the upgrades will go up as you play the game).

3. Go For the Power-Ups Next

The second thing that you want to focus on are the power-ups. There are four types: Rush Hour, Payday, Coin Cannon, and XP Boost.

Rush Hour: Will drastically increase the rate at which people throw money on the ground. Not only that but it can also be upgraded to increase the speed at which passer bys walk, the length that the power-up lasts, and the value of the coins received. We recommend focusing on this first as it’ll become less profitable as you progress through the game.

Payday: Power-ups that drop from floating balloons. When active, they’ll significantly increase the amount of coins earned by workers. It doesn’t affect the amount made from tapping on the screen nor does it have an effect on the money made from Change on Tour. We recommend using Payday with workers with high coins-per-minute (CPM).

Coin Cannon: A rapid-fire coin launcher that requires one finger to use. Can be upgraded to increase the number of coins and experience points received (it will multiply the amount of coins by 1000x when maxed).

XP Boost: A power-up that will multiply the amount of experience points recieved by the Beggar and Workers (it has a worker multiplier of x120 and a beggar multiplier of x18 when maxed).

4. Work On Your Business Empire

Eventually, you’ll be able to unlock business rooms in the game, which will allow you to hire workers. This will ultimately bring you more cash. Given that, you want to unlock all of them as soon as possible (there are three rooms in total).

Be careful with who you hire, however. You want to avoid filling them with cheap and lazy workers as that’ll affect your profits. Ideally, you want to hire the more expensive workers as they tend to do a better job (each worker category has different jobs available – be sure to check them all out before hiring).

If you don’t have the cash to hire the more expensive workers, hire the ones that you can and send them to work. Remember, you can always hire them later, once you’ve got more money. To do that, simply tap on the work button from the construction menu and you’ll be able to choose the worker that you want to let go. We only recommend doing this if you can afford to replace them with a worker of higher value.

Also, don’t forget that you can also upgrade your building by purchasing more floors. To do that, all you have to do is tap on the top of your building.

5. Buy the Motel As Soon As You Get

The motel is a step up from the alley in that its inhabitants are wealthier than those in the alley. In other words, you’ll earn more money. That’s why you want to unlock it as soon as possible.

To do that, you’ll need 65,000 coins. It’s a hefty amount, especially at the beginning of the game, so you’ll want to save up. Having said that, you want to wait until after you’ve maxed out all of your coin multipliers and have hired three workers for your business. Any sooner, and it won’t do you any good.

Once you’ve got that out of the way, however, the motel is a must as it’ll unlock a ton of new options. To get it, tap on the shop button on the bottom left-hand corner of the home screen. From there, you’ll see different categories. Choose the one with the little animals and it’ll give you the option to purchase the motel.

6. Avoid Buying Clothes In the Game

If you’ve clicked around the menu, you’ll notice that you can buy clothes—ones that’ll change your appearance. Unless you have a ton of money, we don’t recommend spending coins on these items as it’ll only put you behind in the game. There are tons of other things that you want to spend your money on instead, such as power-ups.

And anyway, there will be opportunities where you can change your appearance for free later on as you continue to play the game. Some will also be available for a price. At the end of the day, it all depends on your level and achievements in the game.

7. Get a Pet When You Can

Once you’ve gotten all the necessary upgrades, you can start investing in pets. Not only are they cute, but they’ll make passersby drop more money. Combine that with rush hour and it can greatly increase your earnings. Keep in mind, however, that they’re only active when you’re in the game; they won’t do anything unless you’re collecting money dropped by people.

To get a pet, tap on the Shop button. There are six types of animals that you can get: Cat, Dog, Bunny, Pig, Hamster, and Turtle, the last of which is the most expensive at 2.25 million coins. They all have their own “golden” counterparts as well that you can get for VC. While they’re quite pricey, some of them can make a big difference in terms of VC income. Take the golden turtle, for example, it can easily triple or quadruple the amount of VC you earn during your work shift.

8. Avoid Training Your Workers/Playing Pong

The library is accessible as soon as you start playing the game. It has four main features: Pong, BegChat, Virtual Stacker, and Books.

Pong: Allows you to play the hit classic game with a AI player. To play, you must pay a certain amount, which will depend on how far you are in the game. The prize money will be double that number. For example, if you bet 25K, the winnings will be 50K. You can play up to three times a day.

BegChat: An online chatroom where you can talk with other players online. Players can also gift virtual cards to other players. Not only that but they can also invite them to their garage. You must have WiFi in order to use the feature.

Virtual Stacker: A stacking mini-game where you can win virtual cards and coins (the former is fixed while the latter will depend on game progress). The first play is free, after that, it will cost five VCs each time.

Books: A table with books in the library where you can “train” your workers by getting them to study. This will increase their level quickly. Simply click on the books and a menu will come up allowing you to set them to study. There are three types of “studies” to choose from: Study, Study Hard, and Book Marathon, each of which has different costs.

Unless you’re a pro at pong, we don’t recommend playing the game as it can be quite difficult and if you don’t win, all you’ll be doing is losing money. Also, you may want to avoid the books area unless you have extra cash. You’ll need to spend money in order to use the feature, after all, which makes little sense, especially at the beginning stages, seeing as how your workers will get experience anyway from working.

9. Getting Virtual Cards

Virtual cards (VCs) are a second type of currency that you can get in the game. They’re harder to obtain than coins, which makes them a ‘premium’ currency’. And there are several things that you can use them on. For example, if you have enough VCs, you can get golden workers, which will allow them to be carried over to succeeding playthroughs.

Not only that but you can also use them on the “Change on Tour” feature, which will allow you to send passengers to various locations—that’ll allow you to earn more virtual cards and coins (it will cost you 3 million coins to unlock the feature). And the higher level you are, the more locations will be available. You can also spend VCs to upgrade your bus speed, which will boost your overall earnings. (

If you have enough VCs, you can also get a golden pet, which will increase the amount of VCs that you’ll earn while playing. The golden turtle, in particular, is super helpful but will cost you 2000 VCs.

In terms of how to get virtual cards, you can purchase them at the Virtual Cards store for real money, or you can get them by progressing through the game. For example, you’ll get some VCs every time you complete a task or level up. You can also win them from Spin 2 Win, Animal Fever, or Scratch Cards, and be gifted them in BegChat.

10. Ultimate Donation

The game is unique in that it has an upgrade called “Ultimate Donation (UD)”, which is basically a game reset that gives you various in-game boosts. For one thing, you’ll be given three stat points for every UD (otherwise you’ll need to purchase them with virtual cards).

It’ll also boost your workers’ earnings. For example, at level one, it’ll boost their earnings by 45%. When maxed at level 60, it will increase their earnings by 5500%, which is a considerable boost, to say the least.

Another benefit is that it’ll grant a multiple to the coins that you receive as a beggar. The multiplier starts at 2x and will go up randomly (up to 8x) at level 5, after which it will increase by 1x for every level.

On top of all that, it’ll give you a percentage bonus for your bus passengers as well as an XP multiplier boost. In terms of the actual percentage, it will depend on how many ultimate donations you’ve done. The more you’ve given, the bigger the boost.

Note: You can do your first Ultimate Donation at level 43. Given all the perks involved, we recommend you do it as soon as possible (golden pets, golden employees, bus passengers, clothing, and achievements will not be affected by the reset).

Other Tips

Avoid buying more floors until you’ve gotten expensive workers on every floor

Don’t forget to upgrade your motivator. The longer he runs, the fewer ads you’ll have to watch to earn money

You get a free Virtual-Stack game after every Ultimate Donation. You can use it to practice before spending VC on the game

You can make use of the Magician Payday Strategy, which involves buying all magicians and allocating all the UD points into Workers’ Right. They have the highest CPM, which makes them super profitable, especially if you combine them with the Payday power-up

You’ll continue to earn money even if you set your device aside—just make sure that it’s not on auto-lock and that it’s charged

You can use the Assistive Touch feature on your iPhone to earn more coins from tapping the screen

Wurkin Stiffs Before Shark Tank

Jonathan Boos is the owner of Wurkin Stiffs, which is a men’s accessory brand. Jonathan Boos invented the Power Stays, which are small magnetic products that are designed for well-dressed men, allowing them to keep their collars in place. Just like many creators and entrepreneurs, Jonathan Boos is always full of new ideas. His product is called Power Stays, which really took off and became very successful. Power Stays is a magnetic product that keeps collars in place, and doesn’t require much of your time. As you can see, Jonathan Boos is full of little gimmicks that are simple, but very essential for well-dressed men.

The reason why Jonathan Boos decided to design and create a product like Power Stays is because he knows what kind of hassle it can be to get ready in a hurry. He states that he was running late for a dinner reservation, and his wife was getting angry at him. At that moment, he quickly put on his shirt; however, he was having troubles keeping his collar straight. He quickly took a paperclip and a small magnet in order to make a makeshift collar holder, and he found out that it actually worked rather well. By doing so, he came up with the idea for Power Stays, which are very easy to apply to any collar. On any kind of shirt.

Jonathan Boos states that he is not really in the need for financial support from any of the Sharks, especially since he has been selling Wurkin Stuffs all over the United States; however, he does need the expertise to bring his product to the next level. For this reason, he decided to appear on the Shark Tank, hoping to partner up with Daymond John.

Wurkin Stiffs During Shark Tank

“Jonathan Boos walks confidently and stands in front of the Sharks”

Jonathan Boos starts his presentation by introducing himself to the Sharks, stating that he is the owner of the men’s brand Wurkin Stiffs, as well as the inventor of Power Stays, which is the world’s only magnetic collar stays. Jonathan Boos states that he is seeking an investment of eighty five thousand dollars, in exchange for a ten percent stake in his company.

Jonathan Boos continues his presentation by saying that this all started when he was running late for a dinner reservation, and his wife was yelling at him to hurry up. He states that his wife threw a brand new shirt at him, for him to put on for dinner.

According to Jonathan Boos, he was having a problem, because the shirt made him look like John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever. The collar was all large and in charge, and he couldn’t get it to look good, which made him look for a solution. He went and found ordinary paper clips and magnets, and thus made the very first magnetic collar stay. Jonathan Boos states that he hasn’t worn a shirt the same ever since he came up with this product.

“Jonathan Boos presents the Power Stay and shows the Sharks how to implement it”

Jonathan Boos first takes the Power Stay and places it in the collar stay pocket, which every shirt should have in its collar. After that you put the collar down and place the small magnet in the inside of the shirt, which holds up the collar nicely.

“Jonathan Boos walks over to the Sharks and hands out Power Stays for them to look at”

Jonathan Boos states that there is nothing similar to Power Stays in the men’s wear industry.

Kevin O’Leary states that the Power Stays are spectacular and that he really likes them.

Jonathan Boos states that he knew he had something special when he acquired three high-end men specialty stores.

“Daymond John asks Jonathan Boos what retailer he sold Power Stays in”

Jonathan Boos answers the question by saying that Nordstrom contacted him and wanted to do a test with Power Stays in twenty four of their stores, to see how much interest there will be in the product. Jonathan Boos states that within three months, they went up to seventy seven stores, sold over eighteen thousand units and made over six hundred thousand dollars in sales. According to Jonathan Boos, Power Stays are currently in all hundred and fifty Nordstrom stores in the United States of America.

Kevin O’Leary states that Jonathan Boos is the real deal, especially with this much interest.

Jonathan Boos agrees with Kevin O’Leary and states that he has designed and produced every single one of his products, from packaging, displays to the products themselves.

“Robert Herjavec asks Jonathan Boos what his sales are in all of his products combined”

Jonathan Boos answers the question that he has sold around five hundred thousand dollars in products, and that he is expecting nearly two million dollars in sales the next year.

“Daymond John asks Jonathan Boos what he is going to do with the eighty five thousand dollars as an investment from the Sharks”

Jonathan Boos answers the question by saying that Daymond John should already know what he is going to do with the eighty five thousand dollars, which is to rotate his brand to the next level. Jonathan Boos states that in order to do that, he needs to partner up with somebody that knows what they are doing to get him and his brand there. Jonathan Boos continues by stating that he has so many different products, some of which are still on drawing boards, while others are being developed already.

Mark Cuban states that he loves Jonathan Boos’ passion, knowledge and approach, but he is not the person with the right connections and who could add value to Wurkin Stiffs. Mark Cuban states that he is out, because he doesn’t think he could help Jonathan Boos.

Barbara Corcoran immediately cuts in and states that she doesn’t think she could really do something for Wurkin Stiffs, which is why she doesn’t want to invest and is out as well.

Kevin O’Leary states that he will make Jonathan Boos an offer, which is a hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a thirty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs. However, on top of that, Kevin O’Leary states that he also want a fourteen percent royalty.

“Jonathan Boos asks Robert Herjavec if Kevin O’Leary just offered him a loan”

“Kevin O’Leary nods his head up and down as an answer”

Kevin O’Leary states that Jonathan Boos is going to need cash in the end, and he is making him an offer, which he should never disrespect.

Jonathan Boos states that he doesn’t like Kevin O’Leary’s deal at all.

Kevin O’Leary states that he does like the deal, because he knows that Jonathan Boos is going to need cash. This is also the reason why he believes that Jonathan Boos is going to call him every single time, asking him for more money, and if things go well, he will keep getting money from Kevin O’Leary.

Jonathan Boos states that it is great there is an offer on the table, and asks if anyone else want to make an offer on Power Stays.

“Robert Herjavec asks Jonathan Boos why he doesn’t like Kevin O’Leary’s offer”

Jonathan Boos answers the question by saying that he needs more than money. He continues by stating that he needs somebody that could really help him.

“Robert Herjavec and Mark Cuban both look at Daymond John, as they believe that Daymond John is the right guy to partner up with Jonathan Boos”

Jonathan Boos states that Daymond John started his business by selling hats, after which he created an empire of a brand.

“Jonathan Boos asks Daymond John why he is looking at him like he couldn’t turn Wurkin Stiffs in a very successful brand”

Daymond John answers the question by saying that he never said Jonathan Boos couldn’t make it as a successful brand. Daymond John continues by stating that people who are successful have thoughts of high value, and people who are not have thoughts of low value.

“Jonathan Boos interrupts Daymond John before he is even done talking”

Daymond John states that he was actually going to throw an offer on the table, but because Jonathan Boos keeps interrupting him and not letting him speak, he is out.

Kevin O’Leary states that Jonathan Boos absolutely pissed Daymond John off.

Daymond John states that to clarify what he was trying to tell Jonathan Boos, the reason why he will be wealthy is because he has thoughts of high value. Daymond John continues by stating that he was trying to give Jonathan Boos a compliment, but when he was trying to talk, he could not even get across and speak to him.

Jonathan Boos states that Daymond John took forever to speak.

“All of the other Sharks start laughing out loud to what Jonathan Boos just said”

Daymond John continues by stating that he cannot stand partners that cannot even speak to, and if Jonathan Boos would have shut his mouth, he would have had an offer.

Jonathan Boos states that he is apologizing to Daymond John, and that he didn’t mean to offend or hurt Daymond John’s feelings, but he thinks that Daymond John is missing out.

Barbara Corcoran states that Daymond John is such a baby, and that he should just cut it out and make Jonathan Boos the offer that he was going to originally do anyways.

Robert Herjavec states that Jonathan Boos really hurt Daymond John’s feelings.

Jonathan Boos tells Daymond John that he will talk to Robert Herjavec now as a last chance to get an offer, and states that Daymond John should just sit there and think about an offer.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Jonathan Boos if he wants to accept his offer or not”

Robert Herjavec states that he would happily make an offer of a hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a thirty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs.

“Jonathan Boos asks Robert Herjavec if he would go up to two hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a thirty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs”

Kevin O’Leary states that he will drop the equity that he is asking for to twenty percent, but he still wants the fourteen percent royalty stake.

Robert Herjavec states that he will give Jonathan Boos a hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a twenty five percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs. Robert Herjavec also mentions that it is his final offer, and that he will not go any lower than that.

Barbara Corcoran decides to go back in and states that she is willing to make an offer. Barbara Corcoran offers a hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a twenty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs, provided that Daymond John forgives Jonathan Boos. Barbara Corcoran promises that she will be the front woman and that Daymond John never has to deal or talk with Jonathan Boos.

Daymond John states that the percentage is not enough, and that he cannot accept anything lower than a forty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs. Daymond John continues by stating that the difference is that he has a lot of fashion knowledge, which makes up for the difference.

Kevin O’Leary states that he is willing to go even lower in equity to fifteen percent; however, the royalty stake of fourteen percent stays.

“Jonathan Boos asks if Daymond John and Barbara Corcoran are willing to accept a thirty percent stake in Wurkin Stiffs, for a hundred thousand dollar investment”

Daymond John answers the question by saying absolutely not.

After thinking for several moments, Jonathan Boos decides to accept Daymond John’s and Barbara Corcoran’s offer.

At the end interview, Jonathan Boos states that he almost blew the deal with Daymond John because of his big mouth; however, Barbara Corcoran managed to bring Daymond John back to the table, which he really appreciates.

Wurkin Stiffs Now in 2026 – After Shark Tank Update

Wurkin Stiffs, the innovative company that revolutionized men’s fashion with their magnetic collar stays, made a hefty splash when they appeared on the popular reality TV show, Shark Tank. The founder, Jonathan Boos, presented his unique product with conviction, winning over Kevin O’Leary who invested $100,000 for a 25% stake in the company. But what happened to Wurkin Stiffs after Shark Tank?

Initially, the company enjoyed a significant boost in sales and visibility. Being featured on a platform like Shark Tank provided a golden opportunity for the brand to reach millions of households across America, and they capitalized on that well. The company saw a meteoric rise in their online sales. Retailers from all over the country were scrambling to get Wurkin Stiffs products on their shelves.

However, the company faced a major hurdle when they discovered that their patented product was being copied and sold by other brands. This led to a legal battle which proved to be a drain on both time and resources for Wurkin Stiffs. Despite the setback, the company stood firm and continued to fight for their unique product.

Throughout this challenging period, Wurkin Stiffs remained committed to its mission of providing high-quality products for men. They expanded their product line to include other innovative accessories like wallet systems and bags. They also focused more on their online presence and direct-to-consumer sales which proved successful.

As of 2026, Wurkin Stiffs is still in business. If anything, the brand has become synonymous with quality and innovation in the men’s fashion industry. Their products are now sold in over 1000 retail stores across the world and have garnered rave reviews from customers.

They are the proud owners and creators of Wee Can Shop. According to Kimberley Foley, Wee Can Shop is a whimsical town where children are able to shop for the ones they love. Kids use pint sized shopping carts and search for the perfect gift. Kimberley Foley claims that Wee Can Shop teaches kids to think about other people at gift-giving times, which is also what makes Wee Can Shop so unique.

Wee Can Shop is a family business, and there is no competitor out there. This makes Wee Can Shop the first and only company of its kind. Kimberly Foley states that opening Wee Can Shop has been one of their biggest accomplishments, and she truly believes that Wee Can Shop can be the next big retail chain. Kimberly Foley states the Sharks will love them, and they are hopefully going to give them the investment and the business know-how that they need, in order to be able to take Wee Can Shop to the next level.

Wee Can Shop On Shark Tank

“Kimberly Foley and Matthew Foley walk confidently and stand in front of the Sharks”

Kimberly Foley starts the presentation by introducing herself and her brother to the Sharks, and states that they are in front of the Sharks to tell them about their family business called Wee Can Shop. Matthew Foley continues the presentation by stating that they are seeking an investment of two hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a thirty percent stake in Wee Can Shop.

“Matthew Foley passes a book to Kimberly Foley and states that she will tell the Sharks a story about what makes Wee Can Shop so special”

Kimberly Foley starts reading the story from the book. The story is about how once upon a time, Kimberly and Matthew came up with a wonderful idea to open a gift shop, where children can shop for the people they love. Kimberly and Matthew called this wonderful store Wee Can Shop.

Upon entering the whimsical town of Wee Can Shop, children will use kid-sized shopping carts and start searching for the perfect gifts. After finding every gift that they were looking for, they can pay for the gifts and wrap them in gift paper. At the end of the story, Kimberly Foley states that she is hoping the Sharks will invest in the magical world of Wee Can Shop, in order to bring this experience to millions of children across America.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Kimberly Foley what they sell in Wee Can Shop”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that they have different fronts in Wee Can Shop, where children can purchase items such as kitchen utilities, candles, baking items and much more.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Kimberly Foley if anyone has every approached her to say that they do not like the way that Kimberly Foley is teaching children to become consumers”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that they received an overwhelming response to Wee Can Shop, because people love the experience to be able to teach their children about gift purchasing and giving. Kimberly Foley continues by saying that repeat customers often tell her that she should think about franchising Wee Can Shop.

“Daymond John asks Kimberly Foley how long she has been in business”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that she has been in business for three and a half years so far.

“Daymond John asks Kimberly Foley how much she grossed in each year”

Matthew Foley answers the question by saying that every year, they have increased their income by one hundred percent.

“Robert Herjavec asks Matthew Foley how much they made last year”

Matthew Foley answers the question by saying they made about thirteen thousand dollars in the past year alone.

Robert Herjavec states that he admires anybody that has a passion for what they do, but if Kimberly and Matthew Foley are not able to make enough money from their store to be able to make a living, what makes them think that they would be able to sell Wee Can Shop as a franchise to somebody else.

Kimberly Foley states that when they started three and a half years ago, they found a retail space that they could afford. Kimberly Foley continues by stating that if they had a prime location, the company could do nothing else but flourish.

“Kevin O’Leary states that Kimberly Foley’s first location isn’t making any profit yet, and asks her how long she is going to let the company run before she will be able to make some profit”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that when she started the company, she didn’t have any business or retail experience. She states that she has been doing a lot of research and they all claimed that the first three to five years of a business will be very difficult and you will be struggling.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Matthew Foley how much of their own money they have put into Wee Can Shop from the beginning”

Matthew Foley answers the question by saying that they have invested about a hundred and twenty thousand dollars into Wee Can Shop.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Kimberly Foley where they get that kind of money from”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that they have received help from friends and family, and they have taken small loans here and there.

“Daymond John asks Kimberly Foley what her history in Wee Can Shop is”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that her mother and sister are both teachers, and she adores children.

“Kimberly Foley starts crying”

“Kevin O’Leary asks Kimberly Foley why she is crying”

Kimberly Foley answers the question by saying that she doesn’t know, but that she is really passionate about Wee Can Shop. She continues by stating that she loves working at Wee Can Shop since the day it was opened.

Kevin O’Leary states that he understands why Kimberly Foley is very passionate, but if it were him, he would cry about the fact that Wee Can Shop doesn’t make a profit.

Kimberly Foley states that she doesn’t think about it that way, because she really believes that Wee Can Shop can make a profit.

Kevin O’Leary states that Wee Can Shop needs to make about two hundred thousand dollars a year, in order for Kimberly and Matthew Foley to break even. This is a huge issue from an investment point of view, because it has no merit. Kevin O’Leary continues by stating that Kimberly Foley did not prove their first store, before wanting to open a second store, that she could actually make a profit.

Kevin O’Leary states that he loves kids, but they are the hardest thing to sell to because they do not own their own credit cards.

Kimberly Foley states that once they get the parents in the store, they are happy to just let their children spend money, which makes them pick up things as well.

Kevin O’Leary states that there is nothing more evil than a business that doesn’t create a profit, and the only way to fight evil is with evil. Kevin O’Leary continues by saying that Kimberly Foley should shut down the store, because it is not making any money for them. Kevin O’Leary doesn’t want to make an investment and states that he is out.

Barbara Corcoran states that Kimberly Foley is leaving with thirteen thousand dollars a year, without paying herself a salary. Kimberly Foley also owes a lot of debt, which she needs to pay off one way or another. Barbara Corcoran states that she feels like Wee Can Shop is more of a hobby than an actual business, which is why she is out as well.

Kevin Harrington states that he disagrees that Kimberly Foley should shut her business down, but rather should try to grow it, instead of trying to franchise it. Kevin Harrington states that he would love to take his son to Wee Can Shop, but as an investor, he cannot invest money in the company. For that reason, Kevin Harrington is out as well.

“Kevin O’Leary tells Kevin Harrington that it is bad of him to encourage Kimberly Foley”

Daymond John states that at this point, Wee Can Shop is failing. However, failure is just an opportunity to begin again, but learn from your previous mistakes and do it better this time. Daymond John states that he regrets to say it, but he is out.

Robert Herjavec states that Wee Can Shop is an admirable idea, but there isn’t any data available that supports the expanding and franchising the company. Robert Herjavec does not want to invest in Wee Can Shop and states that he is out.

Kevin O’Leary states that he is Kimberly Foley’s only friend, because he is the only one that is telling the truth to her. He states that all the encouragement for Kimberly Foley to continue with her business is a mistake, because the company is bound to fail.

Robert Herjavec states that the other Sharks are not cheering her on, but that the only mistake that Kimberly Foley is making is that the data is telling her to perhaps change the direction that Wee Can Shop is going towards.

Kimberly Foley states that she appreciate all of the Sharks’ opinions and that she will think about what to do next with Wee Can Shop.

At the end interview, Kimberly Foley states that you need passion in order to succeed with your own company. She claims that there is no shortage of passion in her or anyone involved in Wee Can Shop. Kimberly Foley thinks that the future of Wee Can Shop is going to be just fine and she and her family is going to be ok.

Wee Can Shop Now in 2026 – The After Shark Tank Update

The company has been through a whirlwind of changes since their appearance on Shark Tank. If anything, the Wee Can Shop update has fans and consumers alike eagerly anticipating what’s next for this dynamic company.

One of the major changes since their Shark Tank debut is the expansion of their product line. While they only offered children’s toys and games initially, they now sell other products such as clothing, accessories, and even educational materials. This expansion allows Wee Can Shop to reach a wider audience, catering to various needs of children and parents alike.

Not only that but their online presence has also grown significantly. For one thing, they’ve revamped their website, making it more user-friendly and attractive for online shoppers.

Recognizing the power of social media in today’s digital age, they’ve also beefed up their social media engagement. Regular updates, interactive posts, and prompt responses have made them a favorite among their growing online community.

That’s not all, they’ve also scored a number of partnerships over the past years. For example, the brand has teamed up with various manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of their products. They’ve also collaborated with educational institutions to develop toys and materials that are not just fun but also beneficial for children’s development.

In terms of sales, the company has seen an impressive spike since their Shark Tank appearance. Thanks to the publicity from the show and their continuous efforts in improving their business, Wee Can Shop has experienced a surge in both online and in-store sales. As of 2026, they’re still in business and thriving.

Postcard on the Run Before Shark Tank

Josh Brooks studied at the University of Arizona between 1994 and 1998, and once he graduated, he really wanted to work in a technical company. He started working for Myspace and was the head of marketing there for three and a half years. After Myspace went down in popularity, Josh Brooks wanted to start a tech company of his own, so he successfully raised one point six million dollars, in order to be able to start his own company called On The Run Tech. He also partnered with Selena Gomez and started his current company called Postcard on the Run. Josh Brooks states that he needs an investment from the Sharks, in order to be able to keep Postcard on the Run afloat, and help people connect with each other by sending photo postcards, wherever they are, whenever they want to.

Postcard on the Run During Shark Tank

“Josh Brooks walks confidently towards the Sharks and stands in front of them”

Josh Brooks starts his presentation by introducing himself and by telling the Sharks that he is looking for an investment of three hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a five percent stake in his company.

Josh Brooks continues his presentation by stating that he has thousands of photos stashed away in some hard drive, and another thousand that is cluttering his phone. They are just there to upload to Facebook or to email them to a friend, and then they are gone. Josh Brook states that the pictures deserve more, and his product is the answer to this problem.

Josh Brooks states that his company is called Postcard on the Run, which allows you to take a picture wherever you are in the world, write a quick note, sign it with your finger and send it to anyone over the world, right from the convenience of your mobile device.

By doing so, you create a postcard, which has a glossy picture on it, which you took with your mobile device. Your personal message is on the back of the postcard, and it will arrive at its destination in a matter of days.

Josh Brooks continues is presentation by saying that people live a life on the run, and that Postcard on the Run allows people to stay connected with each other. Today its postcards, tomorrow it is a tremendous amount more. Josh Brooks asks the Sharks to join him in the memory business, and keep people connected.

“Josh Brooks hands out a couple of postcards to each of the Sharks”

Josh Brooks continues his presentation by stating that the postcard is a beautiful four by six photo, and on the back of it, you can write a simple note. He also states that they have developed a way that you can sign the postcards with your own finger, which adds a personal aspect to the postcards that you send. You can also attach a video to the postcard through a QR code, which other people can scan with their mobile device, and a video message will pop up on their screens.

“Robert Herjavec asks how Postcard on the Run works, and asks Josh Brooks to tell him what happens in the background, when he sends a picture with his mobile phone”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that you can take a picture, write a little note, change the colors and the font, and you sign it with your finger. After that, you can either select a contact from your address book to send it to, or you can use Postal Gopher.

Josh Brooks explains that Postal Gopher is an address retrieval service, which has its patent pending at the moment. Postal Gopher allows users to send postcards by only having an email address or a cellphone number, because it alerts the people on the receiving end and tells them that somebody is trying to send them a postcard.

“Lori Greiner asks if there is a novelty to sending postcards, because she believes that sending or receiving a lot of postcards could be a bit annoying”

Josh Brooks answers the question by stating that he doesn’t believe that people will get annoyed, especially people who are on the receiving end. He continues by stating that for $2.49 a postcard, you will also get goosebumps, because that is really what is happening.

“Robert Herjavec asks Josh Brooks how he would pay to send a postcard, and how Josh ears money with Postcard on the Run”

Josh Brooks states that the Postcard on the Run is a free application, but it costs users $2,49 to send a postcard to someone else.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Josh Brooks how much of a margin he gets from all of the postcards”

Josh Brooks states that he does not have to pay any royalties, and that he owns all of Postcard on the Run, which means that he gets a huge margin of all the sales. He also states that he needed a group of investors, in order to be able to start Postcard on the Run, and that he invested thirty thousand dollars of his own money into the company.

“Barbara Corcoran asks what Josh Brooks’ background is”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that he used to run marketing for Myspace, during its good and profitable years, and he has done so for three and a half years.

“Kevin O’Leary asks what Josh Brooks’ sales are at the moment”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that Postcard on the Run has been up for twenty one months, and in those months, it generated four hundred fifty thousand dollars in revenue, and everything goes back into the company.

“Robert Herjavec asks how many times the Postcard on the Run app has been downloaded”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that the app has been downloaded over five hundred thousand times.

“Robert Herjavec asks how much money Josh Brooks raised from his investors”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that he raised about one and a half million dollars in total, and the valuation of the company was six million dollars.

“Kevin O’Leary states that everyone can do this, and that there is nothing special about Postcard on the Run”

Josh Brooks disagrees with Kevin O’Leary and states that it takes a tremendous amount of work to get a business like Postcard on the Run off the ground.

“Mark Cuban states that it is really easy to do as well, and that there are a lot of people who have done a similar thing before”

Josh Brooks states that Postcard on the Run is not a one-winner-takes-it-all kind of a company, and that it is about a great product, that people absolutely love.

“Mark Cuban states that it doesn’t mean that people cannot easily replicate it”

Josh Brooks agrees with Mark Cuban and states that Postcard on the Run has hit the market, and if you look at websites and blogs, and when they talk about what is interesting connecting the online to the offline, they will point to Postcard on the Run.

Mark Cuban states that the concept of valuing Postcard on the Run at six million dollars is ridiculous. He continues by saying that Josh Brooks lives in the Silicon Valley bubble, and either he will get acquired or he is out of luck, because his bubble will burst and there is not much interest in middle-sized companies like Postcard on the Run.

“Mark Cuban asks how much cash Josh Brooks has left in the bank”

Josh Brooks answers the question by saying that he has about a hundred and eighty five thousand dollars in the bank, to which Mark Cuban says that he is screwed and states that he is not willing to invest in Postcard on the Run. Mark Cuban states that he is out.

Kevin O’Leary states that Postcard on the Run is going to blow up in ninety days, if Josh Brooks is not able to get an investment. He continues by saying that there is nothing proprietary about what Josh Brooks is doing, and that he does not want to diminish Josh Brooks’ business, but he is just telling him that he could do it for less than six million dollars. Kevin O’Leary states that he absolutely would not invest in this, and that he is out as well.

Barbara Corcoran states that she likes a couple of things about Postcard on the Run. She states that she likes nothing better than to receive an actual picture, and that she takes hundreds of pictures of her kids, but never prints them out. Barbara Corcoran says that the idea of receiving a postcard is like you are receiving a present, and that is why she really enjoys receiving postcards and actual pictures. She also says that Postcard on the Run lacks the emotional aspect of receiving a postcard or an actual picture, because the text on the back of it is typed out, which takes the warm and fuzzy feeling out of it. Barbara Corcoran states that she is out as well.

Lori Greiner states that she thinks that Postcard on the Run is a great idea, but that Josh Brooks said that he had patents pending. She states that Josh Brooks doesn’t know if he is really going to get those patents or not, and for that reason, she is out.

Robert Herjavec states that his kids travel all the time, and that they never email him or call him. After finding out that Selena Gomez invested in Postcard on the Run, he claims that his kids would love to use Postcard on the Run to send him a photo of themselves on a postcard. Robert Herjavec continues by stating that he agrees Mark Cuban, and that Postcard on the Run has to sell for an enormous amount, just to get some return.

Robert Herjavec continues by saying that he loves the idea and the vision behind the company, but that he is not comfortable with the six million dollar valuation of Postcard on the Run. Instead, he is willing to offer a three hundred thousand dollar investment, for a ten percent stake in Postcard on the Run.

Josh Brooks states that he is not comfortable with the offer that Robert Herjavec made, and asks Robert Herjavec if he is willing to consider that Postcard on the Run is worth closer to five million dollars, which means that Robert would get a six percent stake in the company.

Robert Herjavec states that it is his money, and that he is allowed to ask what he want for it, and counter-offers for a seven-and-a-half percent stake, in exchange for a three hundred thousand dollar investment.

After thinking and doubting for several moment, Josh Brooks accepts Robert Herjavec’s offer of three hundred thousand dollars, for a seven-and-a-half percent stake in his company.

Postcard on the Run In 2026 – After Shark Tank

As far as we can tell, Robert went ahead with the deal and it was finalized shortly after the segment aired. With his help, they were able to stay in business, though several competing apps eventually entered the marketplace, which made it harder for them to stand out. And while they had a website, it wasn’t very clear how much they were charging for their services, which likely affected their sales.

To make matters worse, the site wasn’t updated regularly either. Their last blog post was from 2013, a year before their Shark Tank appearance. Their ratings on the app store were also mediocre. Back when it was still available for download, Postcard on the Run had a 2-star rating on the iOS App Store and a 3.7-star rating on the Google Play Store. While some people were happy with how it worked—that it allowed them to send postcards back home while on holiday trips—others experienced technical difficulties with the app, which soured the experience.

It was later announced in 2015 that they would be closing down the Postcard on the Run app and that all orders submitted through their app on or prior to October 1st, 2015, will be printed and shipped. They also took the opportunity to thank their users for their support. Shortly afterward, their website went dark. Their social media pages, however, remain online, though they haven’t been updated since 2015.

They announced via Facebook that they would be shutting down the app on October 1, 2015

What is Josh Brooks up to now? According to LinkedIn, he’s currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Recruiting at Jam City, mobile gaming platform based in Culver City, California. Not only that but he’s also a member of the CMO Collective, a by-invitation-only community of senior marketing executives who come together to network and share insights.

Needless to say, it looks like he’s put his Postcard On the Run days behind him (according to his LinkedIn page, it shut down in June 2015). Given that, we probably won’t be seeing him in the tank again anytime soon. As far as we can tell, he’s gone back to having a regular day job, which makes sense considering everything. For those who’d like to check out what he’s up to, you can follow him on Twitter at @postcarding. Despite the username, it looks like he’s still pretty active on the tweeting platform.

The post Postcard on the Run Shark Tank Update – 2026 News appeared first on Gazette Review.

Copa di Vino Before Shark Tank

James Martin is from Oregon wine country, and is the inventor of Copa di Vino, which basically stands for a glass of wine. James Martin states that he comes from a family of farmers, and that they lived there for seven generations. In the past, James Martin worked in the world of technology, but then decided to move back to Oregon, back to his small community, in order to raise a family on the farmland that his own family left him.

When he moved back to his small community, James Martin became very passionate about wine, which is an agricultural product. Because of his passion, he decided to develop his very own wine. According to James Martin, Copa di Vino will make wine easier and more accessible for people to enjoy. James Martin developed a technology that allows wine makers to be able to package wine in a way that they have never been able to do before.

James Martin states that he knows Copa di Vino will be so successful, that he hopes he will be the first entrepreneur that will become so successful, he will be invited to become a shark on the Shark Tank. The reason why James Martin needs an investment from the Sharks is because he needs their connections, in order to open up doors and sell more Copa di Vino.

Copa di Vino On Shark Tank

“James Martin walks confidently towards the Sharks and stands in front of them”

James Martin starts his presentation by introducing himself to the Sharks, telling them that he is the founder and CEO of Copa di Vino. He continues by stating that he is looking for an investment of six hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for twenty percent of his company.

James Martin continues his presentation by stating that he absolutely loves wine, and that wine is his favorite way to celebrate life with his family and friends. James Martin states that one of the greatest places to celebrate life is on the outdoors and events, but unfortunately, that is where wine gets pretty complicated. Just to be able to have a simple single glass of wine, you have to have wine bottles, cork screws and fragile wineglasses.

“James Martin reaches out to the table and grabs a Copa di Vino glass”

James Martin continues by stating that this is the reason why he created Copa di Vino. According to James Martin, Copa di Vino is America’s first, premium wine by the glass. All you have to do is open up the top, and you are ready to taste fine wines from all over.

“James Martin opens up a Copa di Vino, says cheers and takes a sip from the glass”

James Martin states that customers of wine simply love his product; however, for businesses, the Copa di Vino is the game-changer, especially for stadiums that want to offer premium wine by the glass product. According to James Martin, he has the largest retailers and venues in the United States of America begging to serve Copa di Vino.

James Martin states that he needs help and an investment from the Sharks, in order to create more inventory and fulfil his orders. Copa di Vino is the most revolutionary wine packaging created in the last twenty years.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if he is on Shark Tank to sell a wine packaging system or if he wants to gain market share in the very competitive wine market”

“James Martin walks over to the Sharks with a tray of Copa di Vino wine glasses”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he has a wine ring, which currently makes about twenty five hundred cases of wine every single year. He continues by stating that he is currently in the wine market, selling his product, in twenty six different states, with the largest wine distributers in the country.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if he grows his own grapes”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he purchases fruits from his friends, who happen to own vineyards.

“All of the Sharks start opening up their Copa di Vino and tasting the wine”

“James Martin asks the Sharks if that was the easiest glass of wine they ever had”

Robert Herjavec answers the question by saying that the cap was a little hard to take off.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin if he will be buying a wine label or a packaging system”

James Martin answers the question by saying that they actually have three different revenue streams; the ability to license Copa di Vino and collect royalties, the ability to bottle for an industry and the ability to launch their own label of wine.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin which revenue streams are bringing in sales today”

James Martin answers the question by saying that at first, it is all about Copa di Vino.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin what his sales are on Copa di Vino”

James Martin answers the question by saying that they have been on the market for five months, and they have had a half a million in sales so far, and over eight hundred thousand dollars in orders.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin if people are buying his wine because it’s easy to carry”

James Martin answers the question by saying that it is absolutely one of the main reasons.

Kevin O’Leary interrupts James Martin and states that he shouldn’t tell the Sharks that Copa di Vino is premium wine, because it is not. Kevin O’Leary continues by stating that Copa di Vino is nothing but an industrial wine.

Barbara Corcoran responds to Kevin O’Leary by saying that he is a wine snob.

Kevin O’Leary states that he would never purchase Copa di Vino, because he believes that the packaging is the main thing about the product, not the wine itself.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin how long the wine stays good in the glass”

James Martin answers the question by saying that the wine will stay good for a year.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if he has patented the Copa di Vino packaging”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he has patented the packaging. He continues by stating that not only did they create a way to atmospherically package liquid, they also created that when alcohol comes under pressure, it will not break the seal. According to James Martin, the top laboratories in the world worked on this project.

“Daymond John asks James Martin who he is selling Copa di Vino to”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he is selling Copa di Vino to all the Kroger chains and Ralphs, and currently they are in a discussion with 7-Eleven.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin why he is not licensing his concept to all the wineries”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he is working on projects with two of the nine largest wine companies in the world.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin how much money he is going to make off of those”

James Martin answers the question by saying that the estimate for the following year is between three to five million dollars in sales.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin why Copa di Vino isn’t a patented asset that he goes and markets to the largest packaging companies in the world”

James Martin answers the question by saying that the wine industry is needs companies like Copa di Vino to service them for niche needs. According to James Martin, the industry doesn’t want to invest in the equipment and learn how to make wine by the glass.

Mark Cuban states that James Martin is setting up prove of concept, because the wine industry has seen many concepts fail so many times before.

Daymond John states that there is a believe that pioneers get slaughtered and settlers prosper, and with that said, Daymond John believes that Copa di Vino is too premature for him to invest in it. Daymond John doesn’t want to make an offer and states that he is out.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if there is a way to take the patent out of Copa di Vino”

Kevin O’Leary states that he really likes the patent that James Martin owns.

“Robert Herjavec asks James Martin if there is a way to separate the licensing, the intellectual property, from the wine business itself”

James Martin answers the question by saying that it is always a possibility.

Mark Cuban states that if James Martin could come back to him with an offer for the patent alone, he would be very much interested in that. Mark Cuban continues by stating that Copa di Vino and the wine business could still be James Martin’s to do what he wants with it.

James Martin states that Mark Cuban could resell Copa di Vino wine by the glass in his stadium, because the amount of people that visit the stadium rises every single year.

Mark Cuban responds by saying that it is not lost to him that he could resell Copa di Vino wine by the glass products, but he doesn’t want to be in the commission sales business.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if he would give him a check of six hundred thousand dollars, what kind of percentage on the patent he would get”

James Martin answers the question by saying that Kevin O’Leary would get twenty percent.

Kevin O’Leary responds by saying that twenty percent is not enough.

James Martin states that Kevin O’Leary already devalued his company to zero, even towards the negative valuation.

“All of the Sharks, except for Barbara Corcoran, respond by saying that they are not trying to devaluate Copa di Vino as a company at all”

Robert Herjavec states that he isn’t saying Copa di Vino isn’t worth anything; however, he is not going to sit there and try to talk James Martin into splitting his company and patent. Robert Herjavec continues by stating that his gut feeling tells him that James Martin doesn’t want to do that anyways, and for that reason, he is out as well.

Barbara Corcoran states that she doesn’t think she will be able to bring anything to the table, even if she wanted to partner up with James Martin. Barbara Corcoran is out as well.

Kevin O’Leary states that the real value in Copa di Vino is the intellectual property, because if you really own that, the category of wine by the glass will explode, and James Martin will make money every single time that somebody rips off the top of one of the glasses.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin if he could focus on the intellectual property and tell him how much he would sell him for six hundred thousand dollars”

James Martin answers the question by saying that the reality of what Kevin O’Leary is asking is some of the competitive advantages that he has as a brand and a bottler. James Martin continues by saying that he is currently not ready to give away his patent.

Kevin O’Leary states that he feels a huge opportunity being lost here.

James Martin responds by saying that he understands his business, he understand his numbers and that he runs his own numbers. According to James Martin, the amount of money that he will make on the intellectual property side of Copa di Vino is far smaller than the great amount of money that he will make on the bottling side of his company.

Kevin O’Leary offers six hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a fifty one percent stake of the patent. Kevin O’Leary states that he will worry about everything, and that he will be able to sleep at night. At the same time, James Martin will be able to worry about his brand and bottling, but Kevin O’Leary will be in charge of the licensing.

James Martin responds by saying that the opportunity is far greater than that.

Mark Cuban states that the deal that Kevin O’Leary made is far better than what he would have offered himself. The reason for that is that James Martin could take the six hundred thousand dollars and use it as he pleases, and at the same time accomplish everything that he wants to accomplish with Copa di Vino. Mark Cuban continues by stating that he would never make a deal like that, and for that reason, he is out as well.

James Martin states that if he only could explain himself a little better to the Sharks.

Several of the Sharks interrupt James Martin and tell him to stop selling.

Kevin O’Leary states that he is a dream come true for James Martin.

James Martin responds by saying that he knows it is a great opportunity for him, but states that he has also put a million dollars of his own money into Copa di Vino. It would be insane to go ahead and sell the controlling share of the most important part of his company to someone else, and he has really no reason to do that, when he can be in charge of all of it.

“Daymond John asks James Martin if Kevin O’Leary will get an answers anytime soon”

James Martin answers the question by saying that he doesn’t accept the offer.

“Kevin O’Leary asks James Martin to make him a counter offer in that case”

James Martin states that he wants three million dollars for fifty one percent of the patent.

Kevin O’Leary immediately responds by saying that there is no chance he would accept that.

Kevin O’Leary states that he is going to go out tonight and purchase a thousand dollar bottle of wine, and he is going to drink it, because he is weeping for the opportunity that is lost.

At the end interview, James Martin states that Kevin O’Leary totally missed the mark, and that the value is actually Copa di Vino, because they are the first to do wine by the glass.

Copa di Vino Now In 2026 – After Shark Tank Updates

They might not have landed a deal with the sharks but that didn’t stop them from growing. Shortly after appearing on the show, they landed several distribution deals with a variety of retailers. In fact, they were selling “very well” during the summer of 2012, according to a Boston area distributor.

By 2015, they were making nearly $20 million in annual sales, with the company valued at approximately $70 million.

Fast forward to 2021 and it was announced that the company had been acquired by Splash Beverage Group, Inc, a distributor and manufacturer of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, for an undisclosed amount. At the time, the company was pulling in $2 million in annual revenue. And by 2022, the brand was making more than $6 million a year.

There were some issues with one of their distributors, however. More specifically, with the New York-based 3G’s Vino. Established in 2012 by Joseph Falcone, the distributor had taken the fame that Copa di Vino had from Shark Tank and ran with it, using the reality show’s credit to secure his own investors. According to the Department of Justice, they went as far as defrauding them out of more than half a million dollars. Fortunately, justice has been served as he’s been sentenced to two years behind bars.

The New York-based wine distributor used the reality show to lure investors – he has since been given a two-year prison sentence

The good news is that the investigation didn’t affect Copa di Vino itself. In fact, they weren’t even mentioned in court, which is probably a good thing.

As of 2026, Copa Di Vino is still in business. If anything, they’re just as popular as ever. Nowadays, they offer several types of wine including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, White Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Moscato, Red Blend, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling, and like before, they all come in their own individual cups. Those who are interested in the beverages can purchase them directly on their website. They’re available in cases (12 glasses of 6.3 oz) for $35.99.

They offer a variety of wines from White Zinfandel to Cabernet Sauvignon, all of which come in pre-packaged cups

They’re also available from a number of retailers across the US including Total Wine, Eataly, Gus’s Community Market, Smart & Final, Falleti Foods, and Lucky Supermarkets. Not only that but they’re also available across the border in Canada.

Copa Di Vino has more than 37,000 likes and followers on their official Facebook page

The bottom line is, they’re a Shark Tank success, even though they didn’t land a deal with the sharks. If anything, it goes to show that it’s possible to succeed as long as you have a proper game plan. For more news and updates, you can follow them on Twitter or check out their official Facebook page.

Invis-A-Rack Before Shark Tank

Donny McCall is a construction worker from Sparta, North Carolina. He states that he always had an interest in cars, and car accessories. After brainstorming for a while, Donny McCall came with an idea that would change the way that cargo transport works. He came up with the idea when he was trying to transport several things in the back of his truck; however, he couldn’t find enough space, especially because the back of the truck is too small in height.

Aside from getting an investment from the Sharks in the form of money, Donny McCall also want to make sure that the Invis-A-Rack stays an all American made product, instead of shipping off production to other countries such as China. The reason why Donny McCall wants this is because he has seen many of his friends, families and neighbors get in financial trouble, due to the depressed market. Donny McCall wants to provide secure jobs for people that he knows, which is why he wants to keep manufacturing his products in and around Sparta, North Carolina, even if the Sharks do want to invest in his company.

Invis-A-Rack During Shark Tank

“Donny McCall walks confidently and stands in front of the Sharks”

Donny McCall starts his presentation by introducing himself to the Sharks, stating that he is the owner and creator of Invis-A-Rack, which is an innovative cargo management system. Donny McCall states that he is seeking an investment of one hundred thousand dollars, in exchange for a ten percent stake in his company.

Donny McCall continues his presentation by saying that his wife is the reason why he is appearing on the Shark Tank, and also the reason why he created Invis-A-Rack. Donny McCall states that he owns a small construction company in Sparta, which is his home town.

He says he uses his truck both personally and professionally, which means that there are times that he needs to carry longer and heavier equipment to jobsites. The problem is that he doesn’t have to do that every single day, and the only solution that was available was a permanent truck rack, which is always in the way. Donny McCall states that his wife told him she wouldn’t drive in his truck with him, if his truck looked like a work truck.

Donny McCall tells the Sharks that he was driving along Blue Ridge Parkway, which inspired him to come up with a solution. He states that he wasn’t looking to create any products prior to this inspirational moment, but he believes that God handed him the idea.

“Donny McCall climbs on the bed of the truck and starts putting together the Invis-A-Rack”

Donny McCall states that within thirty seconds, he can transform his personal truck into a work truck, allowing him to transport ladders, lumber, canoes etc. which will be secured safely on top of the Invis-A-Rack, while leaving the truck’s bed empty for other gear.

“Donny McCall starts folding the Invis-A-Rack away”

Donny McCall states that within thirty seconds, he can also fold the Invis-A-Rack, allowing him to use his truck for personal business, take his wife out shopping or even on a hot date.

“Barbara Corcoran has a big smile on her face”

Donny McCall states that the Invis-A-Rack did not only solve the problems that he was having, but he believes that it will solve the problems that nearly all truck owners are having.

The Invis-A-Rack was introduced to the market in November 2010, in Las Vegas. The response that Donny McCall got was pretty overwhelming. Donny McCall states that he is committed to manufacture Invis-A-Racks and its accessories in the United States. He states that he is only one man, and that he is trying to do what is best for his country.

Donny McCall states that he knows a truck rack is not going to save the economy in the United States of America; however, he is looking to create jobs and bring hope to his own small home town in North Carolina. Donny McCall continues by stating that he wants to financially help his family and investors, but also his church, community, state and country.

Donny McCall thinks that his life experiences has brought him to this moment. According to Donny McCall, blessings are when preparations meet opportunity.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Donny McCall how much weight the Invis-A-Rack can hold”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that he has put fifteen hundred pounds on his own Invis-A-Rack, but didn’t go any further because he tested it out on his own truck.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Donny McCall if the Invis-A-Rack will fit in any generic pickup trick”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that the Invis-A-Rack will fit on thirty six million out of the forty million trucks in the United States of America, even on the trucks that have been imported out of Japan and other countries.

“Mark Cuban asks Donny McCall where his is building the Invis-A-Racks”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that the parts come from different parts of the country, such as Ohio, Wisconsin and Iowa. He then brings the parts back to Sparta, North Carolina and starts manufacturing the Invis-A-Racks.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Donny McCall if he is hoping to employ people from his home town”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that he is hoping to employ hundreds of people that are jobless in Sparta, North Carolina. Donny McCall states that Sparta is in a part of North Carolina which is very economically depressed. He continues by stating that there were textile and agriculture companies that all went away because of the bad economy.

“Robert Herjavec asks Donny McCall if he has sold any Invis-A-Racks”

Donny McCall Answers the question by saying that he has sold approximately a hundred and fifty Invis-A-Rack units, which comes to a total of fifty thousand dollars in sales.

Kevin O’Leary states that the Invis-A-Rack falls into the market of enhancing a truck, which means that it is a secondary purchase that someone has to make, after purchasing a truck.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Donny McCall why he hasn’t sold Invis-A-Racks to distributors”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that the distributors want to many points at the moment, which is something that he is not able to provide.

“Mark Cuban asks Donny McCall how much it costs to make a single Invis-A-Rack”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that it costs about two hundred and fifty dollars to manufacture and ensemble a single Invis-A-Rack unit.

“Robert Herjavec asks Donny McCall how much the distributors want to pay for a single Invis-A-Rack unit”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that the distributors want to purchase a single Invis-A-Rack unit for a price of three hundred dollars. He continues by stating that they wouldn’t be able to manufacture Invis-A-Rack units for a lower price in the United States, which is why he isn’t considering to work together with any distributor at the moment.

Kevin O’Leary states that hypothetically, a manufacturer in Asia could make a single Invis-A-Rack unit for a hundred and fifty dollars, in quantities of a thousand. That means he could get into business with distributors in the United States, and make a huge profit.

Donny McCall states that the Invis-A-Rack is not a product that needs a distributor, because it can be sold directly to the retailers, of which there are about ten thousand.

“Robert Herjavec asks Donny McCall what he would use the hundred thousand dollar investment for, should he get it from any of the Sharks”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that he is going to develop and manufacture more Invis-A-Rack units, send them over to all the retailers that are interested in it, allow them to test it out and see if their consumers like it, and hope that they will order more Invis-A-Rack units afterwards.

“Daymond John asks Donny McCall how much profit he made with the fifty thousand dollars in sales”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that he made no profit at all with those sales.

“Mark Cuban asks Donny McCall how much debt his company has”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that he has invested about seventy five thousand dollars in his company. He continues by stating that he doesn’t want to bring manufacturing overseas, even if the quality of the Invis-A-Rack units stay the same.

“Daymond John asks Donny McCall why he doesn’t want to manufacture in other countries”

Donny McCall answers the question by saying that it is just not something that he is willing to do with his company, because he believes in what he is and what he is doing right now.

Daymond John states that Donny McCall can’t even make it as a company by himself, and asks him how he is hoping to help other people with his company.

Donny McCall simply states that he knows he is going to make it as a company.

Robert Herjavec states that if Donny McCall would become successful, he would need to hire people to do sales and hire people to do marketing, which is why he got to do the right thing for his business. Robert Herjavec states that if his business is healthy, everything will follow through, allowing him to employ as many people in his community as he wanted.

Barbara Corcoran states that Donny McCall feels particularly resisted and close-minded, which makes him a very bad partner to be in business with. Barbara Corcoran states that she doesn’t want to invest in Invis-A-Rack and states that she is out.

Kevin O’Leary states that Donny McCall has made it impossible for investors to get a return. He continues by stating that Apple is the second largest company on the planet, and employs forty nine thousand people in the United States alone; however, the company knows that it needs to make its products offshore, in order to stay competitive and make a profit for shareholders. Kevin O’Leary states that he is not interested in investing and that he is out, just because Donny McCall doesn’t seem to want to do what it takes to be successful.

Daymond John states that Donny McCall wants to make it as a company, master his company and matter as a company, all at the same time, which is impossible to do. Daymond John states that Donny McCall isn’t doing a very successful job at running his company, especially because he is close-minded, which is why he is out as well.

“Robert Herjavec starts getting emotional and has tears in his eyes”

Robert Herjavec states that he is the son of a factory worker, an immigrant that came to the United States of America because it is the land of opportunity. His dad told him that the thing he was proud of the most, is the first job that he ever had, even if the job meant that he had to sweep the floors of a factory in the United States.

Robert Herjavec states that he admires what Donny McCall is doing, but he cannot get involved with someone that is not taking care of his business. Robert Herjavec tells Donny McCall that he is sorry, and that he is out.

Mark Cuban states that he doesn’t agree with where the other Sharks are coming from, and that he doesn’t have to squeeze every dollar, because there is always a give and take. Mark Cuban states that it is going to take a lot of money to get the Invis-A-Rack to a certain price point, which would bring a nice return for Donny McCall and his investors. Unfortunately, Mark Cuban doesn’t see Invis-A-Rack getting over the hump, and be profitable very soon, which is the reason why he doesn’t want to invest. Mark Cuban states that he is out.

At the end interview, Donny McCall states that he wants to take care of his own, and he wants people to have and enjoy his products, knowing that they are made by the hands of the people in the United States of America.

Invis-A-Rack Now In 2026 – How They’re Doing After Shark Tank

Donny might not have landed a deal on the show but his stand against the sharks won him popular sentiment from the audience. However, the initial airing didn’t lead to many sales despite having generated a lot of interest from the crowd. Fortunately, it eventually picked up in the months that followed.

With that, he was able to make another production run, which helped with their profits. ABC also featured the company in their “Made In America” section, where they regarded Donny as a new poster child for rejuvenating American manufacturing. Around that same time, Home Depot also contacted Donny about a possible distribution deal.

Fast forward to 2012 and it was announced that Dee Zee Inc., a leading manufacturer of light truck accessories, had acquired exclusive licensing rights to Invis-a-Rack. Not only were they a fan of the product, but they also liked how they were committed to manufacturing in the United States. This was talked about in an update segment, which was included in episode 418.

As of 2026, the Invis-a-Rack is still available for purchase. For one thing, the cargo management system can be found on DeeZee’s website for $1119.95 (you can choose the make, year, and model of your vehicle on the site). Not only that, but they also sell the Invis-A-Rack Crossbar Pad for $49.95, which is designed to help protect the finishes of items you’re hauling, and like the cargo management system, it is also proudly made in the USA. For those who are interested, you can check them out here.

Since then, Donny has moved on to several other endeavors. In 2014, he founded a company called Perrycraft Inc., which provides high-quality, custom cargo management options for the automotive aftermarket that’s still up and running to this day.

Several years later, he founded an outdoor events company called Get Outside Events, LLC, which produced three events: Resolution Run, The Get Outside Mountain Relay, and Olde Beau Trail Race. According to LinkedIn, they were active from July 2017 to April 2022. Around that same time, he worked as a licensed insurance agent at the North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.

Since leaving the company in September 2022, he has become the Vice President of North Flow Logistics, a freight brokering company that’s based in Sparta, North Carolina.

The bottom line is, the Invis-A-Rack was a huge success. At the very least, it’s given him the opportunity to pursue other projects. The fact that he did it all without any of the sharks’ help only makes it that much more impressive.

The post Invis-A-Rack Update – The Shark Tank Company Now In 2026 appeared first on Gazette Review.

Ryan’s Barkery Before Shark Tank

Ryan Kelly is a kid who was only ten years old when he came up with Ryan’s Barkery, which are all-natural dog treats and biscuits. He came up with the idea when he and his parents adopted a two-month-old beagle, called Barkley. When they were on their way home, Ryan’s parents decided to purchase regular dog treats at a pet store, but once they opened the packaging, the smell really put them off, and even Barkley didn’t want to eat the treats.

Ryan decided to test out and try different combinations of flavors, and made custom dog treats for Barkley. After he created his first homemade dog treats, his dog was really excited about them and ate them up right away. In order to make some money out of his new idea, Ryan Kelly decided to share some of his homemade dog treats with other dogs in the neighborhood, and they loved it as well. This was the start of Ryan’s Barkery, but he needs an investment from the Sharks, in order to grow his business, and reach more dog owners in America and around the world.

Ryan’s Barkery During Shark Tank

“Ryan Kelly, his mother, Daniella Kelly and his dog, Barkley walk confidently and stand in front of the Sharks, ready to start their presentation”

Ryan Kelly starts the presentation by introducing himself and telling the Sharks that he is eleven years old. He continues by introducing Barkley, and stating that he is the inspiration behind his company, which is called Ryan’s Barkery. Daniella Kelly states that they are looking for an investment of twenty five thousand dollars, in exchange for a twenty five percent stake of Ryan’s Barkery.

“Most of the Sharks have a smile on the face”

Ryan Kelly continues the presentation by saying that Ryan’s Barkery bakes and sells fresh all-natural dog treats. So fresh even, that they should be slapped. Ryan Kelly continues by stating that if your family is anything like my family, than you would consider your pet to be part of the family as well, just like Barkley. Ryan tells the Sharks that after they adopted Barkley, he and his family went shopping for dog treats and they smelled horrible, and couldn’t possible taste fresh and be wholesome.

“The Sharks are carefully listening to Ryan’s presentation”

Daniella Kelly states that she and her son share a passion for baking, and they consulted with veterinarians to find out which ingredients were good for dogs, after which they started experimenting in the kitchen. Ryan Kelly states that they did not stop experimenting, until they found flavors that Barkley could just not get enough of.

He says that they made a lot of different dog treats with different flavors, including Pumpkin Apple, Banana Oat and Low fat Cheddar flavored treats. All of the Ryan’s Barkery treats are baked fresh with simple ingredients and no preservatives.

Ryan continues by telling the Sharks that he brought some of his dog treats over to his friends and gave them to their dogs, and they absolutely loved it.

“Ryan Kelly gives one of his own dog treats to Barkley, to show the Sharks how much he reacts when he smells and tastes them”

Daniella Kelly states that they have been getting a lot of calls from pet owners, asking them where they could buy the custom dog treats, which is how Ryan’s Barkery was born. She continues by stating that, if the Sharks would invest in Ryan’s Barkery, they could develop a website, and start fulfilling orders in a commercial kitchen. Ryan Kelly states that they need the help of the Sharks, because he cannot run Ryan’s Barkery alone, and keep up with all of his homework.

“All of the Sharks start laughing out loud”

Daniella Kelly thanks the Sharks for their time, and tells them that they can see, smell and even taste the custom dog treats, because they are human grade.

“Ryan Kelly walks over to the Sharks with a tray of his custom dog treats”

“Robert Herjavec asks Ryan Kelly where they are making the dog treats”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that they are making the dog treats in their kitchen, at their own home.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Ryan Kelly when he does it, after his homework, or late at night”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that he makes the dog treats early in the morning, before he goes to school. He states that he wakes up at five in the morning, because he is very passionate and that he likes making dog treats for his own dog and to sell them.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Ryan Kelly if he has any siblings that help him out”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that he has an older brother who helps him out. He says that his name is Nick, but he doesn’t get up at five o’clock in the morning, but rather goes out to sell Ryan’s Barkery products on events.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Ryan Kelly if he already has sold any of his products”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that he has sold about two hundred bags of custom dog treats, and that he sells them for four dollars a bag, with eight treats in each.

“Mark Cuban asks Ryan Kelly how much it costs for him to make one of the bags”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that it costs thirty six cents for him to make one of the bags.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Ryan Kelly if he has made any plans to grow the business”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that they tried to sell their products at local supermarkets, but it didn’t work out so well because of the fact that they quickly found out that it is better to take out the middleman, and directly sell to the dog owners.

“Robert Herjavec asks Ryan Kelly if they are selling the products in any other way”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that they give out little samples at his lacrosse practice, because there are a lot of dogs there. He states that a lot of people bought them there, and they keep coming back for more, because their dogs loved the dog treats.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Ryan Kelly if people ever bought the products, without Ryan personally being at lacrosse practice”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that the labels on his dog treats have their phone number, so people call them constantly to purchase more dog treats.

“Barbara Corcoran asks Ryan Kelly how much of his own money he put into his business, and where he got that money from”

“Mark Cuban laughs out loud in reaction to what Barbara Corcoran asked”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that his best investor is his mother, who invested two hundred dollars into Ryan’s Barkery. Ryan Kelly continues by stating that they have been making a profit, but he didn’t pay his mother back yet, because they keep baking more dog treats, and he will pay her back over time.

“Robert Herjavec asks Ryan Kelly where he sees his business going”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that he sees his business growing in such a way, that stores will sell his products nationwide. He also states that they want to start a website, so people could place orders, and Ryan and his mom could fulfill them.

Mark Cuban states that he started his first business when he was twelve years old, and the reason why he started his business was because he wanted a new pair of basketball shoes. He says that he went door to door, selling garbage bags, and that his garbage bag route is not all that different from Ryan’s dog treats. Mark Cuban continues by stating that twenty five thousand dollars is a lot of money, and with all that money comes a lot of responsibility, which would be very difficult for Ryan Kelly to put to work, because he is still in school. Mark Cuban says that he is very excited for Ryan and very proud of him as well, but he is out.

Robert Herjavec states that when he was eleven years old, he could not even dream of owning his own business. He says that the reason he started his own business is because somebody, much later on in his life, fired him. Robert Herjavec states that he does not want to invest in Ryan’s Barkery, but he says that he knows that Ryan Kelly will be back with another business idea, and hopefully they can talk then. Robert Herjavec is out as well.

Daymond John states that where he grew up, people wanted to be rappers and gangsters, and when he told his friends that he wanted to be a fashion designer, they laughed at him.

“Daymond John asks Ryan Kelly how his friends feel about his business”

Ryan Kelly answers the question by saying that he thinks his friends are jealous of him, especially because he is on Shark Tank right now.

Kevin O’Leary states that not many eleven year olds can get on Shark Tank, and that Ryan’s Barkery is not a business yet, but rather a hobby. He says that there is nothing wrong with that, because hobbies can make you money as well, but if Ryan Kelly want to make a business out of Ryan’s Barkery, he has a long road ahead. Kevin O’Leary wishes Ryan Kelly good luck and states that he is out as well.

Barbara Corcoran states that she would like to make a full price offer, and offers twenty five thousand dollars for a twenty five percent stake. She states that Ryan’s Barkery can potentially become a very big business, in a very short period of time.

Daymond John states that he thinks that Barbara Corcoran is being very generous, but he wants Ryan Kelly to understand the responsibility. He says that sometimes money creates a bigger problem, and that Ryan Kelly is going to do really well without the Sharks. Daymond John states that he is out.

“Ryan Kelly accepts Barbara Corcoran’s offer, and says that they have a deal”

At the end interview, Ryan Kelly says that he cannot wait to see his products in every pet store across America, and that he is very happy to work together with Barbara Corcoran.

Ryan’s Barkery Now In 2026 – After Shark Tank

The deal with Barbara was finalized soon after the episode aired and thanks to the Shark Tank Effect, sales exploded. Within a few days, their sales had gone up from $800 to the six-figure range. In fact, they had received so many emails and orders that Daniela’s phone had shut down. They eventually set it so that the computer would make a sound every time they received an order. However, it quickly became overwhelming and they had to shut it off.

Ryan’s Ruffery dog treats were available across the U.S. at Petsmart and other retailers

With Barbara’s help, they were able to take the company to the next level. They opened more than 30 stores across the US and continued to expand. They also filmed an update segment, which was included in the 21st episode of the fifth season, where they announced that they had changed their name from Ryan’s Barkery to Ryan’s Ruffery.

They also revealed that they’d done more than $10,000 in sales per month since being on the show. Ryan also had the opportunity to participate in Independent Youth, an entrepreneurs program that’s affiliated with Kingonomics.

They also landed a deal with Petsmart, who agreed to sell their dog treats in over 400 stores nationwide. While they initially ran into trouble producing enough product, they eventually figured it out. Rather than making the treats in their kitchen, they began working with a co-packer, which allowed them to produce more products.

The only negative was that Daniela was overworked. To make matters worse, her health had not always been the best; she had suffered a stroke prior to being on Shark Tank, which affected her memory and dexterity. In fact, it had almost prevented her from being on the show altogether. Fortunately, she had recovered enough to make it to the tank. Still, Daniela’s deteriorating health concerned Barbara. At one point, she considered hiring someone else to run the business so that she can take the weight off of Daniela’s shoulders but ultimately chose not to do so.

A GoFundMe created in memory of Daniela Kelly successfully raised more than $66,000 USD

Fast forward to 2018 and the treats were sold exclusively online; they were no longer available at Petsmart, Wegman’s, and other retailers. Unfortunately, Daniela also passed away that year, which caused the business to fizzle out. She was 48 years old.

As of 2026, Ryan’s Ruffery is no longer in business. Their website has been shut down and their products are no longer available for purchase.

What is Ryan up to now? Seeing as how he was eleven back in 2013, he would be 20 years old now—probably a college student. Will he be starting another business after graduating? Only time will tell.

The post Ryan’s Barkery Shark Tank 2026 Update – See What They Are Doing Now appeared first on Gazette Review.

Verbalizeit Before Shark Tank

Kunal Sarda is the co-founder of Verbalizeit, and started the company while he was studying at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kunal Sarda has lived in over twenty-five countries, and this lead for him to become passionate about breaking language barriers and allow people to communicate with each other, without having to spend a lot of time or money. Kunal Sarda also states that he loves traveling and that he fluently speaks four different languages.

Ryan Frankel is the other co-founder of Verbalizeit, and just like Kunal Sarda, he also studied at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before starting with Verbalizeit, Ryan Frankel was a private equity investor for Goldman Sachs in New York. Ryan Frankel loves sports and was a pitcher and shortstop in his College’s baseball team. He also states that he is also an endurance enthusiasts and loves competing in the Ironman triathlon and marathons.

Kunal Sarda and Ryan Frankel state that they need an investment from the Sharks, in order to be able to expand their small start-up company called Verbalizeit and help more people and businesses breaking the language barrier.

Verbalizeit During Shark Tank

“Ryan Frankel, Kunal Sarda and a translator walk confidently towards the Sharks and stand in front of them”

Ryan Frankel starts the presentation and introduces himself in a foreign language, to which the translator asks the Sharks if they understood what Ryan Frankel just said, and tells them that he said that his name is Ryan Frankel.

“Mark Cuban stars laughing”

Kunal Sarda continues the presentation in a different foreign language, to which the translator states that Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda are the co-founders of Verbalizeit.

Ryan Frankel states in a foreign language the amount of money they are looking for as an investment, after which the translator states that they are seeking two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, in exchange for a fifteen percent stake in their company.

Kunal Sarda states that Erica is a translator, and her job is to help people around the world to talk to each other. Ryan Frankel states that Verbalizeit allows people to put a translator like Erica in their back pocket.

Ryan Frankel continues the presentation by explaining to the Sharks how Verbalizeit works. He states that you first have to register an account at the Verbalizeit website, or download the app and register through it. Within fifteen seconds, you are able to press a button on your phone, and you are instantly connected to one of the Verbalizeit live translators around the world. You can tell that translator what you need, put your phone on translator and the Verbalizeit translators communicate on your behave.

Kunal Sarda states that every year, millions of international travelers run into situations where they cannot communicate, because of the language barrier.

Ryan Frankel continues by stating that they want to work together with the Sharks, and put Verbalizeit into the hands of individuals and businesses around the world.

“Ryan Frankel asks the Sharks if they are ready to make a deal”

“Robert Herjavec asks the backgrounds of Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda”

Ryan Frankel states that he met Kunal Sarda in business school at Wharton.

“The Sharks seem impressed by Ryan Frankel’s answer”

“Robert Herjavec asks Ryan Frankel to explain to him how Verbalizeit works”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that people can call a live representative through a 1-800 number, which is being routed directly from their virtual call center to one of their thousands of translators around the world.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Ryan Frankel if he can get in touch with a translator even if he is in Egypt, Russia, Cyprus or Greece, and if they have enough people sourced to handle that capacity”

Kunal Sarda answers the question by saying that they have created a global community of multilingual individuals, who are monetizing on their spare time during the day.

“Kevin O’Leary states that Verbalizeit is a very interesting idea, but he still doesn’t really understand the business model”

Kunal Sarda states that they already have two thousand translators around the world and that they are live in five different languages. He also states that they can connect anyone within fifteen seconds of calling, and they will be able to get help from a translator.

“Robert Herjavec asks how they could get somebody connected to a translator that quickly, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that they have created a powerful community, from people around the world, who also happen to speak a second language and want to be able to make money in their spare time. Ryan Frankel continues by saying that having so many motivated people in the community who want to make money, is the reason why Verbalizeit is able to connect a person with a translator very quickly.

“Robert Herjavec asks if it costs money to download the Verbalizeit app”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that the app is free, and anyone can download it by going to the App Stores. You can also try out one free call, after which you can decide if you want to continue using Verbalizeit. Ryan Frankel also states that, depending on how many minutes a customer buys, you pay anywhere between fifty cents and one dollar per minute, in order to get connected to a translator.

“Robert Herjavec asks how Ryan and Kunal are paying the translators”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that translators earn anywhere between seven and fifteen dollars an hour, depending on how many minutes they translate. This means that both Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda keep a seventy percent margin on every dollar they make through Verbalizeit.

“Kevin O’Leary asks Kunal Sarda what their sales are to date”

Kunal Sarda answers the question by saying that, in the last two weeks, they have made about ten thousand dollars in sales.

“Mark Cuban asks how long Verbalizeit has been on the market”

Kunal Sarda answers the question by saying that Verbalizeit has been on the market for only one month.

“Daymond John asks how Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda are filtering their translators, and how they trust that the translators are doing their job correctly”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that they have been going out to language centers and finding translators there. He states that after that, they had a tremendous word-of-mouth referral, and the community just kept growing and growing.

“Kevin O’Leary asks if there is a rating system after the call is over”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that there is a rating system, and this way, as a translator you are able to build up a reputation, which means that you will be able to make more money. Kunal Sarda continues by stating that their top translator has made five hundred and fifty dollars, over the last two days alone.

“Barbara Corcoran states that there are so many translation apps out there, and asks why Verbalizeit is so specifically different from anything else”

Ryan Frankel answers the question by saying that on the one hand, you have a machine-based technology, which just doesn’t work.

Mark Cuban cuts Ryan Frankel off, and states that he disagrees with Ryan Frankel significantly. Mark Cuban continues by saying that machine-based technology does work, specifically in a business environment. He states that Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda need to go out and find translators that understand business, because if they do not understand anything about business, a typical translator is not going to understand how to translate business letters or technical meetings.

Kunal Sarda states that their community of translators consist of people who just graduated from High School to people who have a PhD and business degrees.

“Mark Cuban states that Verbalizeit loses its instantaneous aspect, because higher educated people will not always be available and will also not want to work for cheap”

“Kevin O’Leary asks what the business looks like in term of the available languages”

Kunal Sarda answers the question by saying that they are live in five languages, which are Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, French and English.

“Robert Herjavec asks Kunal Sarda why there is no Croatian”

Kunal Sarda answers the question by stating that they do not have any Croatian translators yet, and jokingly offers Robert Herjavec a job as a translator.

Ryan Frankel states that Verbalizeit has only been live for a month and that they are very excited with some of the large partnerships that they are working on. He continues by stating that Verbalizeit has just launched a pilot with Skype, which means that any one of the thirty one million Skype users can add a Verbalizeit translator into any conversation.

“The Sharks seem shocked that Verbalizeit has made a deal with Skype”

Ryan Frankel states that they have reached out to Skype and Verbalizeit is now the featured app, in the Skype App Directory.

Barbara Corcoran states that she thought the Skype deal was a done deal, but because it is not an exclusive agreement, she feels like Verbalizeit is too shaky for her. Barbara Corcoran also states that she is not willing to invest in Verbalizeit and that she is out.

Daymond John states that technology is not his department, and that the other Sharks are definitely going to fight between them, in order to be able to get a bite out of Verbalizeit. Daymond John is not willing to invest in Verbalizeit, and states that he is out as well.

Mark Cuban states that he has invested in multiple language companies in the past, and that the problem is that there is never solution for all of the language problems. Human translators might be good for non-formal translations, but they will lack the capacity when it comes to business meetings or letters.

Mark Cuban states that he will make an offer, and wants that Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda to not listen to Kevin O’Leary or Robert Herjavec at all, if they want his offer to stand. Mark Cuban offers two hundred fifty thousand dollars for twenty five percent of Verbalizeit.

Kevin O’Leary states that he is offering two hundred fifty thousand dollars, in exchange for a twenty percent stake in Verbalizeit. Robert Herjavec states that he also offers two hundred fifty thousand dollars, in exchange for a twenty five percent stake in Verbalizeit.

“Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda walk out into the hallway to discuss the offers”

“Daymond John asks what Ryan and Kunal have decided”

Kunal Sarda states that they love all three of them, and that they all have made amazing offers. He continues by stating that they have learned in business school that it is not just about creating value, but also about capturing value.

“Ryan Frankel asks if the Sharks are willing to improve their offers”

“The Sharks discuss between them who has made the better offer”

Ryan Frankel and Kunal Sarda choose Kevin O’Leary as their partner and accept his offer.

At the end interview, Kunal Sarda states that it wasn’t just about the five percent difference, but that Kevin O’Leary really showed that he really understands what Verbalizeit is about.

Verbalizeit Now In 2026 – After Shark Tank Update

The pair might have chosen Kevin as their shark but the deal never went through. The terms were too much, which led them to seek outside funding, which they eventually received. With that, they were able to grow the company. Not only did they offer document translation, but they also began offering translation services for apps, website content, as well as videos.

The pair also took Mark’s advice to heart and shifted the focus of the company away from an individual consumer-based model and toward business-to-business applications. And it seemed to have paid off. Before long, business was booming.

In fact, it did so well that it was acquired by Smartling, a cloud-based translation technology, and language services company, in December 2016 (they had allegedly been in discussion for three years). Kunal also joined the team as the company’s vice president, which allowed him to help various businesses achieve their global potential. According to LinkedIn, he stayed with Startling for nearly four tears, from May 2016 to January 2020.

As of 2026, VerbalizeIt services are still available through their site and can be used to translate video, audio, and other multimedia content.

Kunal Sara, one of the co-creators of Verbalize It, founded a new company called Arya in 2020

What is Kunal up to now? In 2020, he founded a new company called Arya, which offers different compensation options for flex workforce operators. As for Ryan, he launched a new app called “This App Saves Lives (TASL)” in 2019, which rewards drivers for not engaging in distracted driving. Basically, how it works is that drivers earn points for driving undistracted, which they can then use to redeem various items from different brands. And it seems to be very popular with a 4.6-star rating on the App Store. If anything, the only drawback is that the prizes can be limited sometimes. Other than that, users seem to be happy with the app.

“This App Saves Lives” is still available on the app store as of [year] – it currently has a 4.6-star rating out of over 730 reviews

Prior to TASL, Ryan founded another company called EduPlated, which allowed users to work with a virtual dietician to make better choices about their diet. According to his LinkedIn page, it lasted for three years, before shutting down in June 2019. Prior to that, he worked as a freelance independent consultant on behalf of MasterCard Advisors.

The bottom line is, the company was a success. They never disclosed how much they sold it for but we’re guessing it was a fair amount. At the very least, it’s enough for their various new projects. Seeing as how they’ve moved on to other things, we probably won’t be seeing them on Shark Tank again anytime soon—not about VerbalizeIt, anyway.

The post Verbalizeit Shark Tank Now – After Shark Tank 2026 Update appeared first on Gazette Review.
