Check out their Facebook page and you will see that if you return a pair of shoes, you may never see a refund…at least not until you complain to the Better Business Bureau. And check out their web site to see how easy (not!) it is to determine how to make a return or how to even contact the company via email or phone. Truly a poster child of poor service. Maybe Dominique is so busy trying to “cash in” that she no longer cares about how the company is run.
