Over the last several years, YouTube has become an extremely popular method for people to express themselves. Users with niche interests often create content for a community of fans that is sometimes millions strong. For viewers who are interested in Japan or Japanese culture, Miss Hannah Minx was one of the most popular YouTube stars. Her Japanese language videos garnered millions of views, but she disappeared suddenly several years ago. So what happened to Hannah Minx, and where is she now?

Hannah Minx’s Rise to YouTube Stardom

Hannah Wagner, AKA Hannah Minx, was born in Lexington Kentucky on October 31,1988. While she didn’t spend her childhood in the entertainment business, she eventually realized that she wanted to bring a smile to people’s faces. When she was studying abroad at Sophia University in Japan, she had the idea to make educational Japanese language videos, which she calls JWOWs (Japanese Word of the Week).

Photo: Facebook

Hannah joined YouTube in 2008 and uploaded her first video in March, 2009. She became an overnight success. Her MissHannahMinx YouTube channel’s popularity skyrocketed; her most watched video has over 10 million views. Her subscribers were entertained by weekly JWOWs, as well as other content featuring Hannah’s signature cute, Japanese style.

What’s Hannah Minx Doing Now In 2026 – Recent Updates

According to one Reddit user, who allegedly had her as a friend on Facebook (she added fans on her personal Facebook page early in her career), she is currently married with children. While it hasn’t been confirmed, they say that her husband is a man named Steve Fox Osterhagen.

Hannah Minx with her alleged husband Steve Fox Osterhagen

They also had an answer as to why she quit YouTube. Apparently, her manager owned the rights to the “Hannah Minx” trademark, which meant that she no longer owned her own content. While she could have fought to get her channel back, she chose another route—to embrace her new life as a wife and mother.

Not only did she leave YouTube, but she also abandoned her Instagram account. Her Twitter also went private.

So for those who are wondering, we probably won’t be getting any content from her any time soon. If anything, she’s probably busy with her family—that and she may very well be working a full-time job that doesn’t leave her any time for videos.

Video streaming has become incredibly commonplace within the last decade- why wouldn’t anyone want to watch a clip at the click of a mouse? Not only is it more convenient than television, which requires you to catch a show at a specific time, but several platforms also allow you to create, and share your own videos- some sites even allow you to broadcast live! With the massive growth of the internet, it’s not surprising to know that there are countless video-streaming sites available; the most popular probably being that of Youtube.

A robust video platform, Youtube is undoubtedly one of the most-viewed websites online. Let’s take a look at some statistics- since it first went online, over 1,300,000,000 people have used the site. In fact, over five billion video clips are watched every day! As if that wasn’t impressive enough, 300 hours worth of video are uploaded onto Youtube every minute- just imagine all of the content that has been posted in the time that it has taken you to read this paragraph!

Founded in February of 2005 by three former Paypal employees, Jawed Karim, Chad Hurley, and Steve Chen, Youtube began as a technology startup. Interestingly enough, it’s initial headquarters were located above a Japanese restaurant and pizzeria in California. The first video entitled, Me at The Zoo was uploaded onto the site on April 23, 2005; it featured co-founder Karim visiting the San Diego Zoo.

From there, Youtube was opened to beta testers prior to being made available to the public. Quickly attracting users with its convenience and ease of use, over 65,000 new videos were posted every day by July of 2006. Since then, Youtube has become the second-most visited website worldwide according to various third-party analytic sites. In November of 2006, Google bought the video-streaming platform for a whopping $1.65 billion; it currently operates as one of its many subsidiaries.

Packed full with functionalities, Youtube allows its users to upload their own videos onto his or her own channel. Of course, uploaders are also capable of earning advertising revenue through advertisements placed on their videos- assuming that it contains original content. This is where the Top 10 Richest Youtubers come into play- most of these individuals have attracted such a massive following that their videos effortlessly draw in thousands and thousands of dollars, from their high view count. As their channel and overall presence grows increasingly popular, it’s not uncommon for them to also receive various endorsement deals from companies- which only increases the amount that ultimately they earn from Youtube.

Now that we’ve gone over some of the basic stuff, let’s get to the real topic- who are the top 10 richest Youtubers at the moment? What kind of content do they share and upload onto their channels? How many subscribers have they accumulated over the years? Hold on tight, for we’ll be going over the answer to all these questions- and more.

While his channel is no longer the most-subscribed on YouTube as of 2026, it’s still one of the most-viewed channels owned by an individual.

Over the years, he has also diversified his channel to include comedy shorts, music videos, vlogs, and formatted shows, in addition to Let’s Plays. However, he did attract media scrutiny in the late 2010s after using the racial slur “nigger.”

Regardless, he remains one of the most-watched YouTubers in the world with over 111 million subscribers and more than 28 billion views across his videos. In December 2020, it was announced that he would face Floyd Maywaether Jr., the former five-division world champion. While the fight was postponed, it later took place in June 2021 at the Hard Rock Stadium. Prior to that, he had faced off against KSI at the Staples Centre in Downtown Los Angeles.

In 2016, he was cast in the Disney series Bizaardvark, in which he played Dirk Mann, the star of “Dare Me Bro”. Some of their other popular uploads include Giant Lightning McQueen Egg Surprise, Ryan in Giant Box Fort Maze Grandma Obby, Thomas and Friends Giant Ball Pits with Egg Surprise, and ABC Song Learn English Alphabet for Children.

According to Forbes, his channel generated more than $22 million in 2018 and 2019., making him one of the highest-paid (and youngest) stars on YouTube.

In March 2022, they also released a game called Ryan’s Rescue Squad for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. Prior to that, they had released a game on the gaming platform Roblox.

If you were a frequent YouTube user five to six years ago, you’re probably familiar with the name Ray William Johnson. He was arguably the biggest channel on YouTube at the time, and he had amassed quite the cult following. In a format that was relatively new at the time, Johnson would select a few different viral videos and react to them, offering up witty commentary and quips. He was one of the first to create these kinds of videos, which would go on to become one of the most popular YouTube video formats. But what is he doing now?

Ray William Johnson’s Early Life

Ray William Johnson was born in 1981, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Norman North High School in 1999, and he went on to attend college. Ray was able to get into the very prestigious Columbia University, where he studied history. He was on quite the standard (albeit ambitious) life track, at the time. After he completed his undergraduate studies, he intended on studying for a law degree. However, during his time in college, Ray took on a hobby. He made small video blogs, which he posted on a personal channel that has since been deleted. Although he must have enjoyed making the videos, he didn’t seem to be able to obtain a whole lot of attention. However, within a couple of years, that all changed.

Ray William Johnson’s Rise to Fame

A screenshot from one of Ray William Johnson’s earlier =3 videos.

Starting in 2009, Ray started to publish a brand new series to a new YouTube channel. The series was called =3, and it involved reacting to and offering commentary in regards to different viral videos. He made these reaction videos from his apartment, which gave them a certain amount of charm that viewers found themselves drawn to. Although reaction videos are pretty dime-a-dozen on YouTube today, that wasn’t really the case in 2009. One could argue that =3 largely pioneered this genre of video. The videos steadily increased in popularity until the channel reached its peak in 2011, when Ray William Johnson became the first YouTube channel to reach 5 million subscribers. (This may not seem like much today, where a lot of popular YouTube channels have over 10 million subscribers, but it was quite the feat at the time.)

From there, though, things only seemed to tumble downhill. Ray signed a contract with Maker Studios, which was a YouTube channel network that would allow him to create videos on set, and work with a generally higher budget. He took advantage of this opportunity and started working on a side channel called Your Favorite Martian, which became one of the most popular animated rap/parody channels on YouTube. From the outside looking in, things seemed to be going pretty well. However, in 2012, Ray announced that he was leaving Maker Studios, citing issues with upper management with regards to contract negotiation. After cutting ties with the network, he founded his own production company called Equals Three Studios, which would allow him to continue creating his reaction videos. However, he was forced to give up Your Favorite Martian, which may have contributed to his decline in popularity.

Ray William Johnson’s Decline

A picture from Ray William Johnson’s video announcing his leave as =3 host.

By 2013, Ray William Johnson kind of dropped off of the Internet’s radar when he announced that he was ending his run as host of =3. True to his word, he made his final video for =3 in March of 2014. From there, the channel lost a significant amount of public support. A few new hosts were brought on to the channel, and they hoped to capture the original charm of the original videos. However, they never seemed to get it just right. The channel’s popularity continued to tumble, and by this time, several new reaction channels were starting to make a new for themselves. =3 had seemed to have lost everything that made it special before. Still, it has maintained a decent amount of popularity and growth. The channel has 10 million subscribers today, but that isn’t much when you consider that some of the most popular channels have over 20 million.

From there, Ray William Johnson went on to work more subtly in the YouTube industry. Although he no longer worked with the =3 series, he continued to produce more series for Equals Three Studios, like Booze Lightyear and Top 6. He also flexed his acting muscles in a few independent productions, from DiGorno pizza commercials to full-fledged films like Who’s Driving Doug. However, although Ray William Johnson definitely kept himself busy, he sort of fell out of the public eye. He went from regularly broadcasting himself to millions of subscribers to working primarily behind the scenes, which may have been concerning for some of his fans. So, that begs the question: What’s Ray William Johnson doing today?

What’s Ray William Johnson Doing Now In 2026?

Ray is still active on YouTube. In fact, he posts a new video almost every day. Instead of regular-length videos, however, he seems to have switched his focus to YouTube shorts. Still, they’re racking up millions of hits. As of 2026, he has over 12.7 million subscribers and 6.6 billion combined views across his views.

New YouTube shorts are posted to his channel almost every day

He has also released a number of songs. In 2018, he released an album titled, Fat Damon, which consisted of three songs- “Conspiracy Theory Guy (ft. Wax)”, “My Life Is Dope,” and “Fred Astaire.” He also created a virtual band called The Upside Downs, which has released a number of songs including “Ugly 8”, “Pixar Mom 6”, “Fred Astaire 1”, “Yellow 13”, “Silent Mode 11”, and “Kung Fu in the Afterlife 15.” More recently, they came out with the song, “Everything Is Bullshit 12 (Evolved Version)”, which has since been streamed more than 16,000 times on YouTube (Ray posts them to his regular channel).

The first “episode” of the third season “Orphan Tears: Part 2” was released on June 1, 2022, and since then, it has received more than 3 million views.
He’s also the founder of a production company called Mom & Pop Empire. They had previously released a film called Manson Family Vacation, which premiered in 2015; its distribution rights were later bought by Netflix.

We have great news this week as it was announced that the official YouTube app would be rolling out to all Amazon Fire TV Sticks as well as other Fire TV devices. This comes after years of both Amazon and Google fighting and removing apps from each other’s devices and platforms. We have all of the latest details about this move so keep reading to learn more.

YouTube App Officially Comes to Amazon Fire Sticks & Other Fire TV Devices

It finally appears that Amazon and Google have stopped fighting and are now willing to put apps on the other platform. Amazon this week was able to confirm that the newest YouTube app would be rolling out for all Amazon Fire devices, including Fire TV sticks. If you have an Amazon Fire Stick, then you may also want to check out some of the best Fire Stick tricks that you can utilize on your device for more fun and entertainment.

The original Fire TV Stick as well as many other Fire TV devices will now be able to use the official YouTube app. You may remember that a long time ago, YouTube would work on some Fire TV devices, but only if you had certain devices. You had to have the Fire TV Stick 4K, 2nd generation Fire TV Stick, Basic Edition Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, or one of the few Fire TV smart televisions. A lot of people didn’t have any of these newer Fire TV devices, which meant they could not get the official YouTube app.

Google Brings YouTube App & Other Official Apps to More Amazon Fire Devices

We now will be able to use the official YouTube app on nearly any and all Fire TV devices, including the original version of the Amazon Fire TV Stick. You also will be able to use the YouTube app on the original Fire TV device, which is really cool. There will also be the option to download the official YouTube app using the Amazon App Store if you have either the 2nd generation or 3rd generation of Fire TV devices.

Google also announced that other apps will be coming to the Amazon App Store at some point in the future. We will also have access to YouTube TV and Kids, although there is no time given when those apps will be released to the Amazon App Store or when the Fire TV devices will get these apps. Either way, we are definitely excited for Amazon and Google to set aside all of the differences between the two in order to give consumers what they want.

The post Official YouTube App Rolling out to All Amazon Fire Sticks appeared first on Gazette Review.

What originally started as a hobby has made YouTuber Shane Dawson one of the website’s most successful stars. Shane Dawson first started his YouTube career in March 2008. His main channel ShaneDawsonTV now boasts 10.1 million subscribers and 2.7 billion video views. Dawson’s videos typically featuring him acting out skits with a cast of recurring characters he has created. Shane Dawson’s videos such as Twilight New Moon: Blood Hungry and Fred is Dead have become relics on Youtube.

Shane Dawson Net Worth – $4 Million

Since Shane Dawson was one of the first people to make a career from YouTube, he has a lot of influence on the platform. Although some may argue that his career has already peaked, his videos still receive millions of views. Dawson also collaborates with other YouTubers. He is still estimated to earn $400,000 annually.

How Did Shane Dawson Earn his Money and Wealth?

Shane Dawson as Shanaynay, one of his recurring characters.

Shane Dawson was born on July 19th, 1988. His early life was extremely tough, particularly during his teen years. Money was extremely tight, and his parents were both abusive alcoholics. Dawson’s father eventually abandoned his family. As a teenager, Dawson was grossly overweight due to the stress from the abuse. He was bullied in school because his family was poor and he was overweight.

Thankfully, Shane Dawson was extremely close to his older brothers, Jacob and Jerid. They supported him during his struggles in high school. Dawson also found that making videos was therapeutic for him after creating them for a school project.

On March 10th, 2008, Shane Dawson created his YouTube channel. His early videos received some considerable attention. When he created the channel, he was working at Jenny Craig. He was fired after his work found a video of him pole dancing in the building’s exercise studio. Jenny Craig fired Dawson and the co-workers involved in the video. They also fired his brother and mother, both of which worked at Jenny Craig as well – and even attempted to sue.

Being fired from his job didn’t end up being much of a setback. A month after the pole dancing incident in September 2008, Shane Dawson went viral. He uploaded the video “Fred is Dead”, Dawson achieved internet stardom almost overnight. The video has nearly 25 million views. The success of the video allowed him to focus on creating new content. By 2010, Shane Dawson was the third most subscribed YouTuber on the site.

In 2009, Shane Dawson created ShaneDawsonTV2. He created the channel to make the bloopers that were initially only visable on his official website easier to access. The channel eventuality became a secondary channel for vlogs. The most popular series on the channel are his “Ask Shane” series. His “Viewer Orgy Party” series, in which he asks his fans questions, is also popular. Dawson changed the channel’s name to Human Emoji in April 2015, but did not explain why.

In 2012, Shane Dawson started making music. He posted his first music video “SuperLuv” in March 2012. He performed the song as Switch, a recurring emo character in his skits. For a brief period, the song was the 28th most downloaded song on iTunes. He has created 9 more music videos since.

Shane Dawson launched the podcast Shane and Friends in June 2013. The podcast discusses Dawson’s personal life and interviews various celebrities and YouTube stars. Shane and Friends has run for five seasons.

In September 2014, Shane Dawson released Not Cool, his first movie. The movie performed poorly, but Dawson would still continue to produce and act in several more films. In 2015, he released the memoir I Hate Myselfie, as well as two accompanying films with the same name. He then released It Gets Worse: A Collection of Essays in July 2016, an autobiographical book with similar themes.

In December 2016, Shane Dawson posted his film “The Lottery“. Although the film is in the works, Dawson’s channel has been inactive since its upload. However, he remains active on social media.

Ever since his posting his first video, Shane Dawson’s personality and mannerisms have caused many of his fans call his sexual orientation into question. He spent the early years of his career batting off gay rumours. However, in a July 2015 video he came out as bisexual, and also confirmed his breakup with then girlfriend Lisa Schwartz. They parted ways amicably, and continue to collaborate in videos.

Dawson now lives in Los Angeles with his boyfriend Ryland Adams, a Youtube Beauty guru. The pair live in a modest apartment with their cat and dog. Shane’s vehicle of choice is a Jeep Rubicon.

The post Shane Dawson Net Worth 2018 – How Much He’s Made From Youtube appeared first on Gazette Review.

I’ve got to be honest, being old enough to remember a time before cell phones and cyberspace I don’t like everything that modern technology has to offer, but aside from my ever-increasing technophobia there’s one part of the modern internet that I can’t imagine having to live without, and that’s Youtube. I’m continually amazed that Youtube has only been with us for just over a decade, so influential has it become to all of us. In the ten years of it’s existence Youtube has evolved into the most watched media outlet of all time, far more popular than any TV show, magazine or movie, and it appeals to anyone, even old dinosaurs like me.

Youtube has evolved with it’s growth too, and certain types of content have risen to the top of the popularity heap. Gaming has always been popular, as well as the countless crazy conspiracy theorists, but in the last few years vloggers have become the newest type of Youtube star. They’re watched and followed by millions, with every tiny detail of their lives shared by fans around the World. Roman Atwood originally became well known on Youtube with another popular genre, that of the pranking channel, but these days Roman has re-invented himself into an all-together more serious and mature type of internet personality, and he has never been more successful, or wealthy. But exactly how much is Roman Atwood worth now in 2018? Read on to find out.

Roman Atwood Net Worth 2018 – $10 Million

How Did Roman Atwood Make His Money & Wealth?

Roman Bernard Atwood was born in the small town of Millersport, Ohio on May 28th 1983 to parents Curt and Susan. His interest in making videos started at a young age, and after saving up $300 to buy his first camera he began making short, and in his own words ‘stupid’ videos for fun. By the time Roman got to junior high he was filming short sketch style comedy videos with a few friends, and by the time he got to high school he was focusing on improving his editing skills to give his short films a more professional look.

Roman’s interest in film-making was his main passion at the time, and he didn’t see how learning about history and other subjects at school was going to help him in his chosen career. In 2001, aged just 18 he married his high-school girlfriend Shanna Reilly just weeks after graduating, and opted out of continuing his education at college, despite the warnings of his parents and teachers. He took a job at the family rope-making business, Atwood Rope, to support himself and Shanna, but it was an unhappy time for him as he desperately wanted to be able to make videos full-time. In 2004 the couple had a son Noah, and Roman stayed at Atwood Rope throughout his early twenties, although he still produced videos part-time and dreamed of getting his first big break in the film-industry.

Roman Atwood’s Early Career – The Nerd Herd

The Nerd Herd Was Roman’s Jackass-Style Video Series

In the early years of the new millennium the Jackass franchise was hugely popular, and perfectly suited to Roman’s ‘stupid’ style of video production. There were millions of copy-cats to the professional stunt-men of MTV fame and Roman was no exception. He worked with his brother Dale and some friends to produce a series of DVD’s featuring some Jackass-style shenanigans called the ‘Nerd Herd’. It was fairly light-weight stuff, mainly Roman and his friends falling off bikes and jumping off roofs into bushes, but no-one got hurt and Roman’s editing skills made them entertaining enough to sell at the travelling rock show, the ‘Warped Tour’ in 2006 and they managed to sell a few hundred copies, but film-making was still not profitable enough for Roman to do it full-time.

Roman got what he thought was his first big chance in the film-industry in 2007 when he was invited to Los Angeles to help work on a movie, but he was disappointed to discover it was a very low-budget production and what he later described as ‘Not a movie at all’. His personal life took a turn for the worse the following year when he discovered that his wife had cheated on him during his time in LA. Roman was devastated and the couple divorced, he later described it as the most devastating time in his life, but he decided to fully immerse himself in film making to get through the rough times.

Roman Atwood’s Early Youtube Pranks – Sketch Empire

Roman worked on a few local commercials in Columbus and joined Youtube in 2010 with a group of other pranksters, including Dennis Roady, long-time friend Chase Gilroy and a few others. The new channel, called ‘Sketch Empire’ featured various hidden-camera pranks played on unsuspecting members of the public and soon started gaining traction amongst the prank-loving community on Youtube. Originally the humor was edgy, with the pranksters going black-face, throwing fake babies into ceiling fans and even pretending to shoot police officers, but the first big hit for Sketch Empire was the ‘Epic Cooler Prank’ released in April 2011, where Sketch Empire members would suddenly appear with an apparently heavy and full cooler and throw the contents of it over passers-by. The cooler was of course empty, but it was the generally positive reactions of the victims that made the video such a success. The following year ‘Epic Pee Prank’ was uploaded to Youtube, and this time Roman and friends were appearing to urinate in public in front of police officers, but of course they were just using a water bottle, and the generally relieved and positive reactions from the police once again amassed millions of views and thousands of new subscribers for the channel.

Roman met Brittany Smith in 2009 at the wedding of Chase Gilroy. Roman was the best man and Brittany was the bride’s sister. The couple had a son, Kane, in 2011 and as the Sketch Empire channel grew and Roman became a more responsible parent, he cleaned things up a bit. The channel was re-branded as the Roman Atwood channel and the older, and edgier Sketch Empire videos were removed. Roman still pushed things a little too far at times, notably on a couple of occasions when he convinced Brittany that he had blown their young son up, or when he convinced her that he had accidentally thrown young Kane off a staircase, but Brittany always forgave him eventually. On one occasion he decided to prank Brittany that he had cheated on her, but Brittany gave him a taste of his own medicine on that occasion, she had seen the hidden camera and revealed that she too had been cheating. She only relented and admitted she was pranking Roman back when he was virtually in tears.

Roman Atwood Vlogs

In 2013 Roman launched a second Youtube channel, Roman Atwood Vlogs, where he intended to document the life of his family and leave the pranks to his original channel. Roman may have deleted his occasionally offensive early prank videos, but he was still quite edgy on occasion. In 2014 he conspired with fellow Youtube Prankster VitalyzdTV in a prank where they appeared to rob an ATM. The ATM was a plastic fake, and so was the money inside, but the prank was realistic enough for the pair to get arrested for disorderly conduct and inducing panic after several 911 calls from shocked witnesses. The case went to court and the courtroom was packed with hundreds of fans of both Roman and VitalyzdTV, but eventually the case against the Youtube stars was dismissed, as it was ruled they were expressing their art and thereby protected under freedom of speech.

In 2013 Roman, now followed by millions on both his Youtube channels and millions more on other social media platforms launched his online store ‘Smile More’, selling a variety of T-shirts, bracelets, sunglasses and even pens, and his millions of fans, generally known by the admittedly cool name of the ‘Roman Army’ flocked there to boost Roman’s earnings even more. The more mature Roman has now retired from the pranking game, he no long uploads to what he calls his ‘Old Dusty Channel’, but that old channel still receives millions of views a year, and now has almost 10.5 million subscribers and has amassed almost 1.5 billion views, but even those impressive figures are eclipsed by his vlogging channel.

Now in 2018 Roman Atwood Vlogs has over 12.5 million subscribers, and has achieved over 3.5 billion views. The vlog channel features Roman, Brittany and their sons and has a far more mature and friendly feel to it, Roman’s biggest prank in recent months has been chasing Noah around with a tiny frog on his hand. Roman boasts a big following on other social media platforms too, he is followed by over 5 million on Instagram, almost 2 million on Twitter and another 1.5 million on Facebook, all of which helps to boost his impressive Youtube income with even more sales at the ‘Smile More’ store.

Roman Atwood Personal Life & FAQ’s

Is Roman Atwood married?

Roman and Brittany have never tied the knot officially, but have now been together for more than seven years. The pair have never spoken about getting married in the future but the strength of their relationship is clear to see for all of their millions of fans. The Atwood family show as featured on Roman Atwood Vlogs is due to have another star in the near future too, Brittany and Roman announced in late 2016 that they will be having another child, a daughter later in 2017. Hopefully Roman will not be pretending to blow this child up too, but with Roman you can never quite tell when a prank is around the corner.

He Starred alongside Dennis Roady and VitalzdTV in a feature film ‘Natural Born Pranksters’ in 2016, and even though it was not greatly received by the mainstream media, sales of the VOD and DVD have been fairly steady in the year since it’s release. Roman has also embarked on a tour with fellow Youtuber FouseyTube in North America and Canada entitled ‘Roman vs Fousey’, and the pair plan to take the road show to Europe at some time in the future. Finally Roman is estimated to make about $1.5 million a year from endorsements and brand deals each year, he recently signed a deal with Scott Toilet paper and all of his income streams combined leave him with an annual income of around $8 million.

The three bedroom home is set in 5 acres of land and as all of his viewers will know, it’s a beautifully furnished home perfect for a young family. Everything inside the Atwood family home seems perfect but with Roman you can never be sure when it’s going to be turned into a giant ball-pit or filled with fake snow, because Roman may be a more mature family man these days, but he’s still a prankster at heart.

Roman Atwood’s Future Projects & Accomplishments

Roman has signed a deal for an upcoming book, reportedly taking a big advance for an autobiography, and he has also produced a board game ‘War & Pieces’ that was designed by the whole Atwood Family. Roman’s future on Youtube is likely to focus more on his Vlogs rather than the edgier pranking style that shot him to internet fame, but it’s his likeable personality and nice-guy image that makes him one of the most popular Youtube stars now in 2018. Last year he was nominated at the Streamy Awards for ‘Entertainer of the Year’, and although he didn’t win that award, he was named the best Youtube comedian at the Shorty Awards, as well as the brains behind the Best Brand Campaign at the Shorty Awards in 2015. Whatever the future holds for Roman Atwood and his family, you can be sure that you’ll be able to see it all.

The post Roman Atwood Net Worth 2018 – How Rich is Roman Atwood Actually? appeared first on Gazette Review.

Since the beginning of her channel, many of Jenna Marble’s videos have gone viral. Marbles has been making videos since 2010, and as a result of her viral success she has accumulated a large portion of her wealth from ad revenue and sponsors.

It is not unusual for influential YouTubers such as Jenna Marbles to make millions per year. There are many conflicting sources regarding Marble’s exact income, but it is almost certain she is bringing in millions per year. Some sources estimate she earns as much as 4 million annually!

Independent YouTube content creators such as Jenna Marbles, Smosh, and Ryan Higa were among the first to make a full time career out of videos. Being an early adopter as well as creating entertaining and unique content has greatly benefited Marbles.

How Did Jenna Marbles Get Rich From YouTube?

Prior to striking YouTube gold, Jenna Marbles lived a relatively normal life. She moved to Boston to attend Suffolk university after graduating high school in 2004. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and later earned a Master of Education in Sport psychology and counseling at Boston University.

Unfortunately, Marbles experienced some difficulty finding a full time career. She had no choice to work many odd jobs and part-time gigs to pay her $800 rent. These jobs included waitressing, bartending, working at a tanning salon, and even go-go dancing. Marbles did some blogging during this period as well. It wasn’t until she released her first viral video that her life changed.

In 2010, Jenna Marbles created her channel. Although her real name is Jenna Nicole Mourey, she swapped her last name with the name of her chihuahua to create a memorable persona. Her first viral hit was “How To Trick People Into Thinking You’re Good Looking”.

In the three minute video, Marbles transforms herself from an average girl to an exaggerated parody of makeup and fashion trends. The video is also a mockery of herself. Marbles tells the viewer to do “something degrading” – in her case, dancing in her underwear. The video ends with Marbles clinging to her master’s degree while faking sobs and tears.

The video was viewed 5 million times within its first week, and to date has been viewed 65 million times. Marbles made several spinoffs of the video which also received millions of views. In 2011, she released another viral hit – “How To Avoid Talking To People You Don’t Want To Talk To“. The video has 35 million views as of May 2017, and was also featured in several new publications.

Now boasting an established reputation for comedy, Jenna Marbles began to collaborate with other YouTubers. She appeared in and helped create videos with Smosh, Ryan Higa/Nigahiga, Daneboe, and Epic Rap Battles of History.

Marbles has not only limited herself to YouTube, of course. In 2015, she released a line of stuffed dog toys named and modeled after her real dogs. She has also created a product line for her official channel.

In 1016, Jenna Marbles was chosen as the executive producer for the film Maximum Ride. Marbles also hosts the YouTube 15 weekly pop countdown on Sirius XM Hits 1. Marbles regularly uploads videos, usually on Wednesday or Thursday.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, or VitalyzdTv as he’s known to his millions of fans is a successful internet star who rose to fame through his crazy pranks and outrageous stunts. Prank channels are common on Youtube now in 2018, and whether you love them or hate them, it’s due to Vitaly’s early success with the genre that is at least partly responsible for the huge number of pranksters that are around these days. VitalyzdTv was the biggest and most successful channel centered around pranks that first became popular with millions on Youtube His success, and the riches he gained from his popularity have inspired countless others to attempt to do the same thing, by essentially annoying people to entertain others. But how much has the Natural Born Prankster earned from his exploits? How much of that has he had to spend on legal costs and fines? And how does the king of pranks spend his time when he’s not entertaining his fans with his latest crazy stunt? Read on to find out.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Net Worth 2018 – $3 Million

How Did Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Make His Money & Wealth?

You either love prank channels, or you don’t, there’s not really any middle ground, and the same goes for Vitaly. He has had run-ins with the police several times as a result of his pranks, but no-one can deny that he’s committed to his work, and to being as entertaining as possible for his fans. His popularity proves that even though there are plenty of people ready to criticize him and other pranksters, there are also millions who just love what he does.

Vitaly was born in Murmansk, Russia on March 8th 1992 and was raised in Odessa, in Ukraine until his family emigrated to Lake Worth, Florida when he was aged 7. Vitaly was interested in becoming a professional skateboarder initially, and he practised his skills during most of his free time, but unfortunately he never managed to attract any sponsors and picked up several injuries, which was what led him to turn to Youtube. Vitaly had always been a joker and was known as a class clown at Park Vista Community High School in Lake Worth, so his grandmother bought him a camera so he could film some of his antics, which naturally led to him opening a Youtube channel in August 2011.

Vitaly uploaded his first video, ‘Disturbing the peace’ a few days later and even though his budget was nothing in those days, his sense of humor and interactions with others were essentially the same as they are now. Vitaly has an ‘In your face’ style of humor, but he’s never malicious with it, and generally he raises a smile from those he plays pranks on. Of course there are always those who fail to see the funny side, and Vitaly loves to push things as far as he can, even though he sometimes pushes the wrong people just a little too far. But his fans will tell you, that’s exactly what his appeal is all about, and that’s what has made him so successful.

Vitaly continued with several more episodes of ‘Disturbing the peace’, and a few other pranks, such as portraying a Russian Hitman, pretending to fight his boyfriend in a fast-food restaurant and a ‘How to pick up girls’ series, which I don’t recommend if you actually want advice on picking up girls, although Vitaly’s confidence and charm actually seemed to work occasionally, no matter how strangely he acted. His first big success on Youtube came in May 2012 with his ‘Miami Zombie Attack Prank’ video, where he chased terrified victims dressed as a Zombie, just a few days after a homeless man had been the victim of a ‘cannibal’ attack in the city. The video quickly went viral and received several million views. A month later Vitaly uploaded another Russian Hitman video, but this time things got seriously out of hand.

Vitaly approached a resident of Boca Raton and told him he had one minute to get away from a briefcase he had put on the side walk, the man chased Vitaly down the street and, even after being told the whole thing was a prank he still attacked Vitaly and cameraman Jonathan Venegas. Eventually the police were called and Vitaly was arrested for threatening to detonate an explosive device. Despite the legal problems he faced the publicity was great for his Youtube channel. Still in the public’s mind for being the prankster behind the Zombie stunt Vitaly’s channel grew from 100,000 to 4 million subscribers within a year, and he quickly became the most popular prankster on Youtube.

One year later Vitaly proved that his success wasn’t just about pranking people with his ‘Extreme Homeless Man Makeover’ video, where he provided a homeless man called Martin with new clothes and hotel accommodation, and helped him to successfully get a job. Martin eventually got back together with his wife and the publicity from Vitaly saw him get offers to fix his broken teeth from several dental surgeons. Fox featured the whole feel-good story on their Good Day LA program, which helped Vitaly grow even more popular.

In 2014 Vitaly took his pranks onto the World stage, and hit headlines Worldwide by staging a one-man pitch invasion at the soccer World Cup final in Brazil. Ironically, before Vitaly was released from a Brazilian jail and could upload footage of his exploits to his Youtube channel he was slightly upstaged by NBA star LeBron James, who had been at the match and uploaded footage of the incident to his Instagram account. Vitaly pulled his shirt over his head to reveal ‘Natural Born Pranksters’ written on his chest and attempted to kiss a German player, who wasn’t that amused. Vitaly soon got the intimate attention that the German had refused him however, as four security guards tackled him roughly to the floor and carried him off the field. LeBron James seemed to think that Vitaly would be roughly treated by security at the event, but Vitaly seemed in good spirits and good health when he released a selfie taken from the cell he had spent a night in.

Vitaly has made $3 million from his success on Youtube, and now in 2018 he has amassed over 9 million viewers on his channel and over 1.3 billion total views, but he also runs a second channel where he features not only his trademark pranks, but also includes far more vlogs and behind the scenes footage of his videos. These days he uploads to VitalyzdTvSecond far more often and has gained almost two million subscribers to the channel, with another 250 million total views. He features good friends and fellow pranksters Dennis Roady and Roman Atwood occasionally, and also collaborates with other Youtubers such as Logan Paul and other poplar vloggers. His success is not limited to Youtube alone either, Vitaly has over 2.4 million followers on Facebook and another 1.6 million on Instagram. His Twitter account, which is followed by over 600,000 fans features a more serious side of a character, and he frequently uses it to support other rising Youtube stars and to keep his fans aware of what he is getting up to next.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Personal Life & FAQ’s

Is Vitaly Zdorovetskiy married?

Vitaly has never married and currently lives with his mother in Los Angeles, California. He has been reported to have been dating several women in the past, but with Vitaly you can never be too sure if he’s being serious or whether it’s just a prank. Just two weeks ago he uploaded a video to his second channel called ‘I slept with Amanda Cerny’, which featured Vitaly with Amanda, another successful Youtube vlogger with 1.5 million subscribers, but it was clearly just another prank. Vitaly’s confidence and charm leaves him constantly bombarded with various types of proposals from female fans on his social media sites, but exactly who he is dating right now is something he’s obviously not too keen to reveal.

How Many Times Has Vitaly Been Arrested?

Vitaly in Hollywood in 2016, On the ‘D’ at the end of the Iconic Hollywood Sign to be Precise

Vitaly’s pranks have led to him being arrested at least five times, firstly during the Russian Hitman prank that went so wrong in 2012, again at the soccer World in Brazil in 2014, and again in May 2016 when he climbed the Hollywood sign. One month after the Hollywood stunt he streaked during the fourth game of the NBA finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, but somehow Vitaly never seems to get into too much trouble for his pranks. He received a small fine in Brazil and slightly larger ones for his 2016 arrests, but his stunts are essentially harmless and Vitaly never fights back when the authorities come swooping in to put an end to his antics, and as a result he has so far avoided any serious charges.

Vitaly has at times been confused by the media with Ukrainian prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who likewise performs extreme stunts, but without any of the good humor and charm that Vitaly Zdorovetskiy possesses in abundance. The other Vitalii has made a habit of basically assaulting celebrities such as Madonna, Will Smith, Adele and Brad Pitt, who felt the need to get a restraining order against him. As a result Vitalii Sediuk has enjoyed none of VitalyzdTv’s success, instead receiving several suspended sentences, medial evaluations and much negative attention in the press, which proves that Vitaly may be just a prankster, but it takes a lot of work and a good knowledge of exactly how far you can push people, to be successful in the pranking game without getting into serious trouble with the law

Vitaly Ready for his Haters in 2017, But He’s Just Pranking as Usual

Vitaly still uploads frequently to Youtube and all of his other successful social media accounts, which earns him additional income from occasional endorsements, and he has also begun to expand into full-length films featuring his outrageous stunts. He starred in ‘Pain & Gain’ in 2013, ‘Hard Right’ in 2014 and in 2016 he released ‘Natural Born Pranksters’, which featured the usual Vitaly pranks and also co-starred fellow Youtube pranksters Roman Atwood and Dennis Roady. The joint appeal of the three, and their undeniable on-screen chemistry has seen the film meet generally favorable reviews, with several critics describing it as the ‘next generation of Jackass’. The film can be streamed online for just a few dollars and Vitaly’s share of the profits is believed to be several hundred thousand from that project alone. In total Vitaly’s annual income in 2017 is likely to be in the region of $700,000.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy’s Charity Work And Philanthropy

Vitaly’s ‘Extreme Homeless Man Makeover’ video was an enormous success, and many of his former critics saw Vitaly in a fresh light after the media attention that the video received. The positive results of the video for Martin, the benefactor of the video was widely praised by homeless charities, and helped bring more more media attention to the problem of homelessness, a cause that Vitaly has been only too happy to promote on his social media accounts. He has also promoted several other charitable causes to his millions of fans, including the The Teddy Ball charity Event held in San Diego that helps raise funds for sick and needy children. Vitaly may be a prankster, but at heart he’s also a pretty good guy, as any of his millions of fans will be only to happy to tell you.

The post Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Net Worth – How Rich is the Star of VitalyzdTv Now? appeared first on Gazette Review.
