JME’s Net Worth 2018 – $4.5 Million

How did JME Make His Money & Wealth?

Born on May 4, 1985, in Hackney, London, JME grew up in the Tottenham district, where he lived in a council house. As a student, he went to St. Paul’s School, prior to attending Winchmore School with his older brother. Interested in music ever since he was young, he eventually began to make his own tunes as a teen- mobile ringtones being one of his first projects.

After signing to the indie label, Boy Better Know, he released his debut album, Famous? in 2008. A showcase of his skills, it contained 15 original tracks including Go on My Own, Punch in the Face, and Serious. Still, it wasn’t until two years later, with the release of his second project, that he started to make himself known in the music scene.

His second album titled, Blam! was released in the fall of 2010. His second full-length project, it was preceded by two singles, Sidetracked and Over Me. Considerably more successful than his debut, it peaked at number 66 on the UK Albums Chart. Some highlights from the playlist include Sidetracked (Feat. Wiley), Hospital, and CD is Dead (Feat. Tempa T).

A year afterward, the rapper issued his first compilation album, History in 2011. From there, he released his third project, Integrity in 2015. His most successful record to date, it peaked at number 12 on the UK Albums Chart, and at number one on the UK R&B Albums chart. Since then, it has also received silver certification from the BPI.

On top of the previously mentioned albums, JME has also released a number of mixtapes over the years- the Boy Better Know series. In addition to that, he has also dropped several extended plays such as The Nu, Bear Quick, Waste Man, and Serious Serious.

Aside from what earns from his record sales, JME also pulls in a decent amount of income from putting on concerts and shows throughout the year. With the said, it doesn’t look like he has any planned for the next few months.

As far as other projects go, he launched his own mobile company called, Boy Better Know Mobile using Pay As You Go a few years ago.
