A social media celebrity, Liane Valenzuela initially rose to fame on Vine, where she had amassed close to 5 million followers. Since the platform was shut down, she has shifted her attention to other platforms such as Musical.ly, YouTube, and Twitter, to name a few.
Born and raised in San Jose, California, she lived there for many years, before moving to Los Angeles. In the past, she has hosted red carpet events for American Idol, The Voice, and The X Factor.
How Liane Valenzuela Became Famous
Interested in pursuing a career in entertainment, she began to promote herself on YouTube in the late 2000’s. With a little bit of luck, she eventually gained an audience on the site. Not long afterward, she was offered a deal with the production company, Brand X.
Since then, she has gained close to 350,000 subscribers, with over 13.7 million video views. Not only does she vlog on a regular basis, but she also posts videos such as tutorials and comedy skits. Today, her most popular uploads include No Mirror Makeup Challenge, Dance Skit Compilation, and Nerdy Girls Transformations.
Two years into her YouTube career, she also joined Vine. With regular updates to her page, it didn’t take long for her to amass a following on the mobile app. By the time the platform shut down in early 2017, she had over 4.6 million followers.
Liane Valenzuela’s Music Career
Over the years, she has released a number of singles including No More and Not My Kind of Love. In 2015, Liane dropped her debut album, The Liane V Experience: Lessons in Love. From there, she delivered a five-track EP, No Cuffs in 2016, which garnered a decent bit of attention.
